What do you like best about Statflo?

What do you dislike about Statflo?

Statflo is a very well-built website but it can sometimes feel like there is too much information. What is displayed is clean and organized but can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Statflo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Statflo provides a way for us to perform cold-calls to customers who we otherwise wouldn't have had the information for. It helps us to keep customer information organized and keeps track of where and when our customers performed transactions with us - giving us a better idea of what they would like going forward. It also allows us to use "leads" which helps to keep customer information in a clean and easy to use system so that we can contact them about future deals or when we have the item they were looking for in stock again. Really, using it is very easy, I don't find it complicated. However, you do need to have good persuasive power to reach the audience you want to reach. Because it's not difficult to find them, but to convince them to become clients of your company, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
