What do you like best about Stamps.com?

It makes things easier in the office by allowing other employees to access and print and help out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

I believe it is hard to print if you don’t have the paper in house. It would be nice to be able to order a bunch and have it shipped to the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy Shipping That Saves Time and Money"
5/5
What do you like best about Stamps.com?

The software is easy to load and easy to use. It saves us time, no running to the post office. It is easy to print stamps or label packages. It's fast and efficient and really streamlines the whole process. It is priced reasonably considering everything is in house and you don't have to pay for people to be out of the office. I love that it works with UPS and shows you ways to save on packages by comparing prices for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

There isn't anything I dislike but I will say on small occassions you have to wait a few minutes while it links to the web to verify pricing on packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Legal Office's Essential Time-Saver"

What do you like best about Stamps.com?

I appreciate Stamps.com for the convenience of not having to go to the post office to purchase postage. I like being able to weigh small packages and envelopes and leave them in our mailbox for pickup, which saves so much time. The address book is handy because I don't have to always look up addresses for regular mailings. I also like that it calculates postage for us and provides overall convenience in handling our transactions. The 'history' page is very helpful for charging clients with postage and printing the proof for client cases. The setup was easy with the tutorial provided, and it's been a great tool and asset for our law firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

We used to use it with Word when we created envelopes to be mailed, but that feature has not worked as of late. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Mailing and Shipping with Stamps.com"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stamps.com?

I use Stamps.com for everything now, not just packages I ship to customers but also for my regular mail. I love that I can print out my stamps and labels right on my printer here in the office, which is very convenient. Keeping up with the changes in postage rates is easy with them, and I appreciate their extremely competitive rates. I don't have to leave home to mail packages or letters, which saves me a lot of time. The ease of use is a big factor for me—I just bring it up on my screen, type in the destination, hit print, and it's ready to go. I literally do everything from my desktop and just leave a note for the letter carrier, which makes life much simpler. It saves me time, money, and stress. I'm also very happy with the initial setup as it was very easy, just downloading the software and being ready to go in minutes. Overall, I'm very, very happy with Stamps.com. What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

I can't think of any right off the top of my head. I've had a couple of times where I've had to reprint a postage label, but that was probably more my fault than it was Stamps.com. I do wanna make sure that their rates stay competitive. There are a few people out there like, I believe it's called Pirate Ship and even eBay has their own postage option on their website. And I think a couple of times, Stamps.com has been a little bit more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Shipping with Cost-Effective Labels"
5/5
What do you like best about Stamps.com?

I like the easy interface and the address check on Stamps.com. It prevents me from making any errors, and I feel confident I get the best price possible. Also, I appreciate that I can print my own shipping labels without going to a location, which is really convenient for me. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

I think the printing isn't as good as other products such as eBay. When I print labels on eBay, I can print 3 on a single sheet of paper. I would like the format to shift the label to the very edge of the paper. If I shrink it to about 80-85, I should be able to print one, cut it off, print a second from the same sheet of paper, cut it off, then print a 3rd on the same sheet. What do you like best about Stamps.com?

I like how switching over to Stamps.com has made the whole process of mailing out items and collateral infinitely easier. With the integration of NetStamps, we're able to quickly put together pre-made stamps on preprinted sheets and quickly print out package labels based on the weight of items. I don't handle the printing directly, but I can quickly add funds and we can quickly add contacts. The ability to switch between different cards we are utilizing is a great feature. We have one Stamps.com account, which is convenient to use for multiple business units, letting us switch the funding of where we want funds to sit and things like that. What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

I think receipts come about is a little difficult. Coming in, trying to access transaction history and printing out the receipts I have those invoices. I usually have to kinda, like, print to PDF of the email to get it. So there's no way to get easy PDF access of all the kind of transactions that have occurred. That can be kind of challenging at times. If we were able to kind of set up funding on different users, let's say, under one account, that would be helpful. Currently, there's just one singular kind of fund account that you can put money into. And for us, if we're managing multiple business units, we may wanna switch cards and switch accounts under a singular account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Mailing Process, Effortless Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Stamps.com?

I like how easy Stamps.com is to use, and I appreciate the feature of entering a zip code to better estimate postage costs for specific items. The website's user-friendly interface is a big help when I'm in a hurry. I find it really useful to enter the weight of mail items to determine the correct stamp amount required. I also enjoy the ability to purchase more supplies directly from the website as needed. Transitioning from our old Pitney Bowes postage machine to Stamps.com was a relief due to the space-saving aspect. The initial setup was very easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

I haven't had any problems with stamps.com to make me dislike anything about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Non-Intuitive Website and Unhelpful Search Made Label Printing Difficult"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Stamps.com?

I have used stamps.com when I have issues printing through my normal shipping interfaces. It gives me a backup. It is a free option that provides the carriers I need in an emergency. Good range of carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

The website is not intuitive. The last label I printed I could not get it to size right for the label. Could not find anything on the site to help me. The help search only searches for my inquiry as key words, which brings up dozens of unrelated answers. I ended up requesting a refund and printing on another service. My normal interface is shipstation which is a stamps.com owned business, but I was getting errors that I could not remedy, which is why I went to stamps.com. "Easy, Affordable Postage Prep for Our Small Nonprofit"
5/5
What do you like best about Stamps.com?

I love how easy it is to prepare postage for package and other mailings for my small non profit office. In addition to the service itself, I utilize the reports options to reconcile monthly postage costs per department based on the assigned cost codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

I don't really see any downside. The cost is affordable and the website is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving, User-Friendly Shipping Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Stamps.com?

I like Stamps.com because they send me everything I need, like stamps and all the material for printing, along with labels for shipping. The service is really user-friendly, and it saves me time by not having to go to the post office and wait in line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stamps.com?

I find the subscription fee they charge every month is really not that bad when you put together the amount of time you'd have to go to the post office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
