We used the influencer we usually use, but we also went live. Our audience was already used to our influencer, so she was pretty effective in generating sales. The session focused on delivering value (Content) to our users, and in the end, she promoted the products. Even so, the results were above our expectations. **What do you dislike about StageMe?** We've only hosted a show so far, so we can't really tell anything negative so far. We had a bit of technicality that we figured our in a couple of weeks with their help, but in the end everything went as expected. **What problems is StageMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's really helpful that besides the connection that we create through our influencer, we now also provide them with the environment to easily purchase what she's talking about. ### 2. The second best part is that it's all performance-based. It also integrates with our BigCommerce platform, which is great. **What do you dislike about StageMe?** Sometimes, the system is slow to load when we have many concurrent users. The stream, however, is swift and flawless. It's not that bad, but we can feel it sometimes. **What problems is StageMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Given the current economic situation with inflation and energy prices, StageMe allows us to reach our clients more efficiently. It costs them to drive to the mall, but online, when they see someone they like and trust, creates massive impulsive purchases. ### 3. We were struggling with CPC and ads due to the increasing costs. StageMe helped us organize weekly discount events which provided us with an excellent boost in sales. So far, we've only made outlet sales. But these attracted new users and expanded our existing audience that motivated us to start selling all products. **What do you dislike about StageMe?** Some of their servicemen are slow. They have to follow on time manner. After somedays i got my solutions also.
