Stackby was quite easy to learn and get on board right away especially you had been using other similar spreadsheets products before. Everything was very straightforward and simply flexible enough to do just about anything. What makes Stackby so unique is the API and all the built-in integrations. It became so convenient to be able to link up with other apps straightaway. And the ways the company has been working and adding new integrations just about weekly is really impressive. In terms of management and organization, Stackby simply deserves the honorable mention that it can organize large and complex processes in such a practical, simple, and fast way in just a few minutes, that I can significantly accelerate all our work in one step. Surprisingly, the ease of use at any time also proves to be remarkable in terms of using this application, as we can simplify a large number of tasks in a very practical way. The learning curve is practically non-existent, meaning for us in particular, it was very easy to learn how to use it, and having a large number of guides and educational resources like video tutorials turns out to be a great help when taking the first steps with this application. The ease with which I can share my documents with other colleagues also turns out to be something practical, as I can send my files very easily and quickly when they request it, without having to wait a long time. My only complaint might be that the customer service is quite poor, but it doesn't affect me much because in all the time I've only used it twice, I really had to contact support. The application doesn't have many problems like others... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Gsheets for a lot of tasks we do within our consulting company, but, it lacks integrations with other essential tools, like Ahrefs, Facebook Ads metrics and a much more. You need to use plugins and pay premium, which can become very expensive, also, with a lot of moving parts that can go wrong.

Stackby is now an essential tool on our tech belt, it's a spreadsheet, a database system and a lot of API integrations, you can also set formulas.

Stackby has every column you could imagine even API column. You can create any kind of app in Stackby because it has such a robust feature set. The developers are adding a new feature every 2 weeks. Platform evolution is insane! I can't wait to see what this product turns out to be in a year. I really liked Airtable but Stackby is better because it can literaly do anything. If you are not familiar with spreadsheet apps like Airtable, Workiom or google sheets then you will have a bigger learning curve ahead of you. They do have tutorial videos which is great but to fully understand creating the layout and structure it is time-consuming but with any business you get out of it what you put into it, so I hope you will take the time to learn how to build different views for your data it is an important skill to learn with this type of tool.
