Their affiliate program lacks transparency and fairness. I promoted their service organically via Facebook posts and direct messages. After earning commissions, I expected the usual net-15 payout, but instead, I received a message asking for “proof” of how I promoted their link — even after the payout was already due.
Unfortunately, my Facebook accounts were locked (due to their own posting limitations), and I couldn’t access the posts anymore. Despite explaining this honestly and clearly stating that I never used paid ads or any illegitimate methods, they refused to issue the payout because I couldn’t provide screenshots or URLs.
