## About SRFax
SRFax is a HIPAA-compliant fax service for healthcare (hospitals, doctors, physicians, clinics), and PHIPA-compliant in Canada. Our online fax to email / email to fax service is recognized as the best and most secure PDF to fax for healthcare providers. The importance of sending or receiving HIPAA-complaint communications in the healthcare industry is not limited to hospitals, physicians, clinics, etc. It also is beneficial to patients. Most medical providers abandoned using traditional email for patient communications after strict patient privacy laws were implemented in the U.S. and Canada. For individuals living in rural areas, the elderly or others without transportation when the need arises to send a fax to a physician, the disadvantages increase. Safe secure fax that allows us to fax from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about SRFax?**

I really liked SRFax. Our company ended up switching to a competitor that included online VOIP.

**What problems is SRFax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When our office shifted from in-person work to supporting remote employees, we struggled to figure out how to handle faxing. SRFax provided a HIPPA safe fax option, and it was instrumental in helping us continue our work without interruption.
