SRFax Reviews & Provider Details

SRFax is a HIPAA-compliant fax service for healthcare (hospitals, doctors, physicians, clinics), and PHIPA-compliant in Canada. Our online fax to email / email to fax service is recognized as the best and most secure PDF to fax for healthcare providers. The importance of sending or receiving HIPAA-complaint communications in the healthcare industry is not limited to hospitals, physicians, clinics, etc. It also is beneficial to patients. Most medical providers abandoned using traditional email for patient communications after strict patient privacy laws were implemented in the U.S. and Canada. For individuals living in rural areas, the elderly or others without transportation when the need arises to send a fax to a physician, the disadvantages increase. Not owning a dedicated phone line for this purpose is a factor, and maintenance and supplies (paper, toner, etc.) can be costly. Also, sometimes equipment breaks down at the most inopportune moment. Our service eliminates all of those disadvantages by providing anyone with the ability to send a secure communication to their doctor from email (Gmail / Google Mail, Yahoo Mail, Earthlink, Live (formerly Hotmail), Outlook, etc.). Our service is digital, often referred to as electronic faxing, and it works exclusively through email. You will receive notifications of successful incoming and outgoing transmissions wherever you are, all for a low monthly cost. Even better, each account comes with its own dedicated number (or you can use your existing number, such as your cell phone). Unlimited storage is included, and “junk faxes” can be deleted at the push of a button. Best of all, you will never experience the frustration of a busy signal when you urgently need to send a document or other important paper to your doctor.
