**What do you like best about SpringCharts EHR?**

It's easy to use, just pull up the patient and start typing

**What do you dislike about SpringCharts EHR?**

It does not automatically pull the information needed for MIPS, I have to spend hours going through each patient and each visit to meet it. Shows check-in time, but does not update when patient taken to room, doctor see's the patient, checkout, etc. When printing chart, all added documents such as radiology have to be printed separately. Have to attach each document into the chart instead of importing.

**Recommendations to others considering SpringCharts EHR:**

Don't, unless you are a PCP. 

**What problems is SpringCharts EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other than the time problem listed above, it is very easy to use. You do NOT have to make a template for all visit, but CAN use pop-ups to make each visit easier,
