**What do you like best about SPoTS?**

360-degree analysis of problems. It helps in resolving issues and proposing solutions within a stipulated timeline. The problem and service requests and problems are diagnosed correctly, and the system offers a quick and seamless solution to the same. It is agile and relatively light to operate. Quite handy to manage with other software as integration is a hassle-free

**What do you dislike about SPoTS?**

Sometimes, the backhand customer support team or desk takes time to respond, which creates hassle and last-mile problems for customers or clients. We request a more agile response from the customer support desk for an enhanced and rememberable experience

**What problems is SPoTS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are tracking and categorizing issues basis priority and timeline to resolve accurately. They identify the right set of tools and methods to determine the timely resolution for raised incidents and assure that such issues would be resolved entirely and will never reoccur. Root cause analysis is presented to the client enabling more significant experience and outcome
