**What do you like best about Sportsman?**

My staff love that we can call and talk to a customer service representative when we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Sportsman?**

They have a desktop and cloud format. It will be best when we are 100% utilizing cloud-based format.

**What problems is Sportsman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We left our old software system due to lack of customer service. We would often go days without contact or wait for hours on the phone.  Sportsman is great to answer right away. If they don't have the answer, they are quick to review and get back to us with a solution. We love it!

**What do you like best about Sportsman?**

I like how easy it is to register my participants and that I can easily add members to thier family. MAkes it a quick process to register them for activities.

**What do you dislike about Sportsman?**

Sometimes the cash register is wonky when I reconcile my tills. they just close at different times.

**What problems is Sportsman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving a lack of registration. Now that people can register from their own home, my participation in sports have gone up.
