**What do you like best about Spine HRMS?**

We can access and Track all activities of Attendance, Absence and leave management. We can also add and view policies of companies, Pay Slip, Appraisal everything in one corner. Reporting details, Personal details, Pay details. Ease of Implementation, Customer Support and Ease of Integration and Ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Spine HRMS?**

No dislike about Spine HRMS, becuase it has every useful feautures.

**What problems is Spine HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spine HRMS not only providing the attendance and Pay slip details, It shows the complete record of Leave, Absence, Attendance, Pay details throughout the year,
Company policies, Personal & Professional data, Resignation and Appraisal. Every details of company and employee we can acess in Spine HRMS.

**What do you like best about Spine HRMS?**

I found it quick and valuable from an employee's point of view. Some companies in India don't even use such platforms, but it helps smooth out daily HR operations for employers and employees. It reduces workload a lot.

**What do you dislike about Spine HRMS?**

Not much, but I found the user interface is not so intuitive. Their Android Application has a lot of room for improvement.

**What problems is Spine HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automates HR operations. Time taken in the manual process has come down to a lot. Your work can be done in just a few clicks. Getting accurate reports in the way you want on time

**What do you like best about Spine HRMS?**

The best thing about using spine HRMS is that with a single click we can have many features like access to our calendar, leaves. We can plan our vacations overall great way to get everything done

**What do you dislike about Spine HRMS?**

Sometimes it is a bit slow,the downtime usually for salary calculation and processing is a bit long so we can not use that in that particular phase

**What problems is Spine HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can have our approval done in a single click if I have to change my shift time it will be done by just requesting and if my approver thinks that the request is relevant he can approve. It saves us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Spine HRMS?**

The best part of the Spine is that I can see all the necessary information about my Company collectively in one place.
It's easy to manage payslips and leave management.

**What do you dislike about Spine HRMS?**

I find the User interface bit lacking. It should have been integrated with some email services or any type of message service to get notifications easily.

**What problems is Spine HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am easily able to apply for attendance and leaves and I can easily see them approved or Rejected in one place.
I can see my Salary slips and tax management and my document at one  Place.

Track of all time daily work in the month.Easy to use. User-friendly,Keep all information at one place,easy to find the person details provided to company.Clean UI

**What do you dislike about Spine HRMS?**

Need to provide password police while using it.Mobile UI can be improved for great experience.Small font sine gives overall average performance for the end user. Which is minus point.

My all time attendance in the year, Tracking of leaves remaining in the present year.Taxaction section help to provide small information about the tax calculation.

**What do you like best about Spine HRMS?**

There's little to like about this HRMS tool.
I have been using this tool for the last six months as an employee for attendance, LMS, & policy hub and as a recruiter for ATS activities and requisition management.
The only good part I thought about this tool is that this is a complete package for small organization

**What do you dislike about Spine HRMS?**

Well, there are a lot of things that are not in favor of this tool.
1. Awful user interface
2. No email trigger/notification for any acitivity. E.G., If someone raises an attendance or leave request, the approver will not get any notification. Approver needs to keep checking requests all the time. Once any request is approved, a person who raised the request will not get any notification.
3. New User creation is a time-consuming process.
4. You cannot migrate your data to other HRMS tools
5. Very Little scope for automation

**Recommendations to others considering Spine HRMS:**

If you are part of a small organization, then it's a good option as this tool is not very expensive and covers major functions required for daily HR operations.
However, if you are looking for a long-term solution, then I would recommend looking for another option.

**What problems is Spine HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Spine HRMS as an employee and recruiter for multiple purposes. In the perspective of small-scale organization, its a wholesome package, which contains all aspects of HR and Recruitment tools.
However, if you start using it and migrate to other tools, all the data would require manual migration.

1) Geo tagging helped me to have visibility on Sales Persons on field to get all meeting updates with location and selfie.
