I absolutely love the fact that I can keep a meeting to myself or share it with specific team members, or the whole team. Also, the transcripts have been a GAMECHANGER for our business. And, it's super easy to use.... and it keeps the VIDEOS (unlike other tools that only keep the audio). It's clear that the team at Spiky is continuing to evolve and innovate. The "coaching" functionality is sometimes helpful, but seems geared towards sales calls. My meetings are almost always internal. Also, the AI summaries are variable in quality, so we just run the transcript through known AI platforms when needed and that does the trick. Overall, very MINOR things. But, every once in a while there is something critical in a video that a team member needs to reference.
