So far Spiky has one of the best transcription capabilities I've encountered (my meetings are usually in English). Even when participants have heavy and varying accents, Spiky is sometimes able to pick it up better than myself. Furthermore the live feedback is great for my new sales, as they are reminded of the important topics they need to discuss during a call. The team behind Spiky is also great. What really sets Spiky apart is its ability to measure key data points, such as who spoke, for how long, their positivity, and the number of questions they asked. These insights provide a deeper context of team dynamics and meeting effectiveness. We even have friendly laugh as to who had most positive language. While I appreciate all the features, my favorites are the Real-Time Feedback and Ask Scribe. The former keeps discussions on track with actionable insights in real time, while the latter makes it effortless to retrieve specific details from past meetings. Previously, my go-to feature was the Custom Meeting Templates, which allowed us to tailor Spiky’s analysis for different meeting types—team meetings, project implementation sessions, voice-of-customer discussions, and customer support interviews.
