We'd been using a dialer and conversation intelligence tool for over a year, but honestly, we were just collecting data without actually doing anything with it. Maybe 2-3% of our calls ever got reviewed because who has time to listen to hundreds of recordings? Spiky changed that completely. Instead of telling us what happened on calls (we already knew that), it tells us WHY deals are moving forward or stalling. The MEDDICC methodology tracking alone has been a game-changer - we can see exactly where each rep is strong or weak without managers having to manually review every call. It was a huge, time-consuming effort that took me away from other important tasks. Now, Spiky does all that automatically. It's a game-changer.
