What do you like best about Speechmatics?

I use Speechmatics for Live Closed Caption, live events, and offline content, and I am impressed with its accuracy and latency. I really like the support, which is always live, and the fact that Speechmatics is always on. It's particularly valuable for our clients, who are mostly broadcasters and involved in live events.
