**What do you like best about SparkInfluence?**

I like the customer service of SparkInfluence the best. Elizabeth has been amazing for us. If any questions come up, she's there to help us through. We used NationBuilder before, which was pale in comparison to Spark.

**What do you dislike about SparkInfluence?**

Some drawbacks to Spark – we can schedule an outbound email blast but not a text blast. This doesn't make sense. Also, the View Saved Searches section has a very early 2000s feeling. When we're in that area of the site, it doesn't let us search by name or filter by Total and Email Opt-In. We can filter it by other metrics but not Total. This is something that would be truly useful to see.

**What problems is SparkInfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark is solving member outreach and communications for us. We can communicate with our union members very easily on a wide array of issues, from GOTV to specific infrastructure projects.
