What do you like best about Sharebee?

I have been active on LinkedIn since 2012, starting as a recruiter for a few years and later becoming an Employer Branding Expert. In 2019, I had the pleasure of first encountering Sharebee, a competitive provider and business partner in delivering employee advocacy solutions on social media, mainly on LinkedIn. At that time, as Philip Morris in Poland, we were not as well-known and were keen on building a natural ambassador program on LinkedIn with our employees. From the beginning, we received excellent support, a tool in the form of a platform, project management, and complex plan for our program journey, including goals, KPIs & animation.

In the Sharebee platform and their program aimed at employers for building Employee Advocacy, the following elements definitely stand out:

- new user-friendly generation platform has a great UX. It allows managing the Employee Advocacy program anywhere and for dozens to several hundred users (it can be customized and tailored to the needs of companies). It's easy to use & integrate.

- excellent customer service with the highest level of quality of resolving/managing requests and providing animation for programs

- introducing improvements in the program, proactively asking for feedback, and implementing it

- comprehensiveness of the tool/program - all data, user information, gamification, content, and governance processes in one place - all of this makes life easier - for users & project leaders

What do you dislike about Sharebee?

Their scalability versus clients. I wish them to have an even larger team so they can also work for more and more clients (especially international companies). What do you like best about Sharebee?

What I value most about Sharebee is the simplicity of use and the fact that it genuinely shortens work time. The platform is intuitive, loads quickly, and allows you to share materials on LinkedIn with just one click. I hadn't used a similar tool before, so I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly you can get acquainted with it and start using it in practice. In my daily work, this means less clicking, less searching for links, and no running around different sources. Everything is in one place, which makes it easier to operate even when I'm in the field. I also appreciate the ready-made texts and graphics that can be used immediately or slightly adjusted to fit personal needs, which genuinely boosts efficiency. What do you like best about Sharebee?

What I appreciate most about Sharebee is how seamlessly it empowers teams to become authentic brand ambassadors. What do you dislike about Sharebee?

Tagging people and companies could be more intuitive. You can only tag companies if they’re added beforehand, and if someone isn’t already an ambassador in the system, you simply can’t mention them at all. It makes post personalization and engagement a bit limited.

"Sharebee is not just a platform, it's a partnership."
What do you like best about Sharebee?

The platform is easy to use and helps employees share content in a simple, natural way. The biggest value for me as program Owner is the ability to see detailed stats, for each ambassador or for entire program. Thanks to the platform, I know which library content performs best, which ambassador is building strong relationships through comments, and who’s generating the highest reach. On top of that, I can always download excel reports, which makes it much easier to manage and grow the program.

What do you dislike about Sharebee?

There aren’t many cons.. The biggest one is the mentions. We can't mention all Linkedin users directly in the post in Sharebee, we have to edit it manually, directly on LinkedIn.. The only thing I would change is the way post categories are selected — currently, you have to scroll through the list instead of simply typing and searching by name. Sharebee is more than just a tool – it’s a team that actually listens and supports you. The platform gives full control over campaigns, is intuitive to use, and the onboarding and ongoing support are top-notch. What I value most is that our ambassador program no longer feels like “just another marketing task” – people genuinely want to share our content. The only thing I wish for is the ability to fully interact with LinkedIn content directly through the platform – things like commenting or resharing posts from others. But I completely understand that this is most likely due to GDPR constraints and the current limitations of LinkedIn’s API, not a shortcoming on Sharebee’s side.
