What I like best about Sharebee is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It makes employee advocacy effortless by providing ready-to-share content and clear analytics that help measure impact. The ability to amplify brand visibility while empowering employees to become authentic voices of the company is a real game-changer. Plus, the seamless integration with social media channels saves time and boosts engagement

What I dislike about Sharebee is that sometimes the suggested content is too generic. It would be great to have more materials tailored to our industry

**What do you like best about Sharebee?**

I have been active on LinkedIn since 2012, starting as a recruiter for a few years and later becoming an Employer Branding Expert. In 2019, I had the pleasure of first encountering Sharebee, a competitive provider and business partner in delivering employee advocacy solutions on social media, mainly on LinkedIn. At that time, as Philip Morris in Poland, we were not as well-known and were keen on building a natural ambassador program on LinkedIn with our employees. From the beginning, we received excellent support, a tool in the form of a platform, project management, and complex plan for our program journey, including goals, KPIs & animation.


In the Sharebee platform and their program aimed at employers for building Employee Advocacy, the following elements definitely stand out:

- new user-friendly generation platform has a great UX. It allows managing the Employee Advocacy program anywhere and for dozens to several hundred users (it can be customized and tailored to the needs of companies). It's easy to use & integrate.
- excellent customer service with the highest level of quality of resolving/managing requests and providing animation for programs
- introducing improvements in the program, proactively asking for feedback, and implementing it
- comprehensiveness of the tool/program - all data, user information, gamification, content, and governance processes in one place - all of this makes life easier - for users & project leaders
- people who are partners for you and they work together for your program's success :)

**What do you dislike about Sharebee?**

Their scalability versus clients. I wish them to have an even larger team so they can also work for more and more  clients (especially international companies). In my opinion, they have a great product that works well and would also perform excellently on a larger scale abroad.

**What problems is Sharebee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many implementations/solutions. The most important for us:

1. creating a web application for phones -->  we can publish our posts on LinkedIn from anywhere and at any time
2. visual change of the application interface for users --> a different, easier look for dashboards, results, data, and easier filtering
3. calendar for posts -> we can schedule posts for the future and view them in a monthly, daily, and weekly format (it's a greater motivation for our engagement)
4. all information on the platform, notifications about materials, webinars, recordings - reducing emails and the large amount of different information we used to receive
5. Creating our posts in the platform --> we can see our results in one place/ in Sharebee platform (reach, comments, reactions in Linkedin)
6. UTM Links monitoring which are connected with our posts --> we can effectively measure our activities on Linkedin and how look performance our recruitments & EB posts

**What do you like best about Sharebee?**

What I value most about Sharebee is the simplicity of use and the fact that it genuinely shortens work time. The platform is intuitive, loads quickly, and allows you to share materials on LinkedIn with just one click. I hadn't used a similar tool before, so I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly you can get acquainted with it and start using it in practice. In my daily work, this means less clicking, less searching for links, and no running around different sources. Everything is in one place, which makes it easier to operate even when I'm in the field. I also appreciate the ready-made texts and graphics that can be used immediately or slightly adjusted to fit personal needs, which genuinely boosts efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Sharebee?**

The platform sometimes operates slower during peak hours but also in the evenings, and there are moments when you need to refresh it to get it going.

**What problems is Sharebee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharebee solves one key problem - it saves time and organizes communication. I don't have to search for materials in folders, ask someone for links, or wonder if the graphic is up-to-date and compliant with the PMPLD legal department. Everything is in one place and ready to use. This translates into greater communication consistency and faster response to actions, launches, or urgent topics. From the perspective of people working in the field, it's a great convenience because they can act "on the spot" without wasting time searching.

Sharebee is very intuitive and user-friendly, which makes it easy for Ambassadors to publish content and stay consistently engaged with their networks. I appreciate the clean dashboard, simple navigation, and how quickly new users can get onboarded. The platform genuinely streamlines the coordination of Ambassador activities and helps engage employees without requiring much effort.

**What do you dislike about Sharebee?**

Occasionally, there are brief interruptions in the platform’s availability, during which the page temporarily fails to load. This issue affects all users at the same time, but fortunately it usually resolves very quickly.

**What problems is Sharebee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharebee allows me to effectively coordinate our LinkedIn ambassadors’ activities and maintain a high level of engagement. It simplifies content distribution, engagement tracking, and measuring the program’s results. Thanks to the platform, I can reach B2B audiences more quickly and streamline the publishing process, which previously required many manual steps.

**What do you dislike about Sharebee?**

Tagging people and companies could be more intuitive. You can only tag companies if they’re added beforehand, and if someone isn’t already an ambassador in the system, you simply can’t mention them at all. It makes post personalization and engagement a bit limited.

And hey, let’s be honest — getting a new invoice every month isn’t exactly the highlight of the experience :D

**What do you like best about Sharebee?**

The platform is easy to use and helps employees share content in a simple, natural way. The biggest value for me as program Owner is the ability to see detailed stats, for each ambassador or for entire program. Thanks to the platform, I know which library content performs best, which ambassador is building strong relationships through comments, and who’s generating the highest reach. On top of that, I can always download excel reports, which makes it much easier to manage and grow the program. 
The platform is one thing, but Sharebee team support, knowledge and hands-on help are what really make the difference in program management.

**What do you dislike about Sharebee?**

There aren’t many cons.. The biggest one is the mentions. We can't mention all Linkedin users directly in the post in Sharebee, we have to edit it manually, directly on LinkedIn.. BUT the Sharebee team is already working on it, so I’m hoping this will no longer be a issue, soon

For the first  to manage the entire program with sharebee is super easy. Data analysis, ambasadors results and my own numbers  It supports ambassador engagement through gamification and provides high-quality content to share. What I appreciate most about Sharebee is how simple and intuitive the platform is — both for admins and for users. The scheduling of content, ready-to-use post templates, and seamless LinkedIn integration make employee advocacy easy and enjoyable. Thanks to Sharebee, we’ve significantly increased the reach and engagement of our brand content on LinkedIn. The gamification features also encourage regular activity and healthy competition among participants. It’s a powerful, elegant solution that helps turn employees into brand ambassadors.

**What do you dislike about Sharebee?**

The only thing I would change is the way post categories are selected — currently, you have to scroll through the list instead of simply typing and searching by name. It’s a small usability issue, but worth refining. Other than that, the platform is absolutely fantastic: intuitive, efficient, and perfectly tailored to our daily needs.

Sharebee helps us solve one of the biggest challenges in employee advocacy: keeping people consistently active and engaged on LinkedIn. The platform is primarily intuitive and easy for employees to use. It allows administrators to track results and provides data for discussions with business stakeholders about the profitability of initiatives like ambassador programs. The collaboration flow for content creation between Sharebee (the copywriter) and the content approver within the organization is well thought out. It offers simple filtering and the ability to analyze reports.

I don't have any specific comments about the platform. There might be minor details like the absence of linking people or companies in the content, or the lack of features for setting up carousels or creating pools using Sharebee.

The platform is primarily intuitive and easy for users to operate, allowing them to quickly and simply create or post content to the content library at any time. We have access to historical data on reach, comments, and activities, which provides us with tools for business discussions. Sharebee is more than just a tool – it’s a team that actually listens and supports you. The platform gives full control over campaigns, is intuitive to use, and the onboarding and ongoing support are top-notch. What I value most is that our ambassador program no longer feels like “just another marketing task” – people genuinely want to share our content. The built-in gamification is a smart touch – it encourages regular sharing of valuable content without feeling forced or artificial.

**What do you dislike about Sharebee?**

The only thing I wish for is the ability to fully interact with LinkedIn content directly through the platform – things like commenting or resharing posts from others. But I completely understand that this is most likely due to GDPR constraints and the current limitations of LinkedIn’s API, not a shortcoming on Sharebee’s side.

Instead of traditional one-way brand communication, we’ve built a truly engaged ambassador network. With Sharebee, our team and collaborators are happy to spread the word – naturally and credibly. I like that I have all the statistics in one place. I like the transparency of the platform and its ease of use.

Library - personally, I think it's okay as a supporting tool but it kills individuality. It might also be a matter of building awareness among ambassadors, but I believe the library fosters repetitiveness.

First and foremost, the support of experts, including Weronika Szymiczek. Her knowledge, realistic yet creative approach helps me develop the program. The platform, on the other hand, helps me present results and control the situation.

**What do you like best about Sharebee?**

What I like best is the organised process, gamification and the content library. It all makes the entire experience smooth. It takes now much less time to coordinate with entire team which news to spread. Given the access to our content library, thanks to our marketing team it is effortless to publish regularly. The entire process of setting up of the platform and onboarding of our team went smoothly, thanks to great customer activation program that Sharebee provide with the platform.

There are some minor issues not worth mentioning. In overall it is a great experience.

Sharebee is helping us to communicate our domain expertise, build brand awareness and create thought leadership. It is a strong enabler in our marketing program.
Also, in terms of employee branding, Sharebee is making it easier to create a strong employer brand and attract new talent.

**What do you like best about Sharebee?**

The platform maximally simplifies the process of publishing posts by employees (who highly appreciate it), which encourages them to publish company content more willingly - this translates into brand recognition and building their image as experts. Thanks to the ability to add several variants of graphics and text, everyone can choose the one that best suits their individual preferences, which increases the chance of publication and minimizes the need to spend time creating their own version. Meanwhile, the gamification element showing the points collected in real-time motivates greater activity. It must also be admitted that the platform is simply beautiful, and in addition, intuitive and easy to use for both the ambassador and the administrator. In case support is needed - everything happens quickly and professionally, and contact with the supervisor is at the highest level.

There is nothing that one could not like. :)

Reducing the time needed for users to publish content who have little time for it - with just a few clicks, they can be active on LinkedIn without spending valuable hours on it. They also don't worry about correctly tagging companies/people or manually pasting all elements, as they receive ready and verified content to choose from.

**What do you like best about Sharebee?**

Sharebee is extremely easy to use — the interface is clean, intuitive, and requires no technical background. I was able to get started almost immediately, so the implementation process was smooth and quick. I use the platform several times a week to share company content and build my personal brand on LinkedIn. The range of features is just right — it covers all key needs without being overwhelming. I also like the smart content suggestions and the way the platform helps increase employee engagement.

**What do you dislike about Sharebee?**

I’d like to see more advanced analytics — for example, clearer insights into post performance and audience engagement. While most integrations work well, I’ve occasionally had to reconnect my account, which can interrupt the experience. Customer support is helpful, but in some cases, response times could be improved. Aside from that, the platform covers nearly everything I need.

**What problems is Sharebee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharebee helps solve the challenge of low employee engagement in brand communication. Before using it, I often lacked time and resources to create or find relevant content to share professionally. Sharebee makes it easy to access pre-approved, high-quality content and share it directly to my social media with just a few clicks. This saves me time and helps me stay active on LinkedIn while consistently supporting my company’s visibility. It also empowers employees to become authentic brand ambassadors, which strengthens both internal culture and external reach.

Creating new users is stubborn because of passord issues . The password resets itself alfter editing the user but not interrupting with password settings. Schroedinger cat :)

We can track out customers - partners and ditributors  activity and trends, also I like the recommendtations about contnert which increases reach and  best days to publish. More analyze referring to statistics would be nice to have

You cannot click links while reviewing content, you need to copy the link and paste it in different tab what is annoying
The horizontal scrolling doesn't appear when you are on top of the column  - annoying when you need to move a content to a different column

What I appreciate most about Sharebee is how incredibly user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. Sharebee is really easy to use, everyone can use it. Process of implementation and integration was very easy and quick. Customer support is amazing!  Everyone is so nice and helpfull, one of the best customer supports that I had to work with.  I'm using Sharebee minimum once a week, sometimes daily. Thanks to Sharebee I started to post on Linkedin, even my own posts :) Great things are webeenars and other training materials. Since 2024, as Ringier Axel Springer Polska, we have been using the Sharebee platform. We are very pleased with its functionality and the benefits it brings us. Sharebee has significantly improved our content distribution strategy on LinkedIn, allowing Ambassadors from our company to access a database of current and categorized content published by our Communications Department. 
One of the tool's greatest strengths is its intuitive interface and the ability to use a post creator. Our Ambassadors can very easily tailor materials to their style, select appropriate graphics, plan publications for the future or publish posts directly from Sharebee. Most importantly, it literally takes a moment.
The goal of the program was to make it easier for RASP employees to share the company's social media activities, which significantly increases our visibility with clients. Thanks to Sharebee, this goal has been achieved. We can effectively build our online presence, which translates into better relations with customers and greater interest in our offerings.

From a user’s perspective, the platform offers pre-prepared content ready for publication on LinkedIn, which can be modified before posting. The content allows for the inclusion of images, videos, surveys, or PDF documents. With the help of AI, users can also improve their content or translate it into dozens of languages. Among other platforms to promote social selling that I've tried, I would like to top up Sharebee for: 

- the ease of use (I'm deligted with how intuitive it is - both on the user's part as well as the administrator's side)
- customer service is way beyond the expectations
- UX/UI makes the app self-explanatory
- although simple in use, the tool includes a number of features that can be composed in a very engaging advocacy programme
- additionally, thanks to a well thought-through infrastructure, the app allows various levels of content creation levels - from minimum effort (when time is not our friend at the moment) to self-created posts. 
This is very convenient and guarantees the continues broadcatsing regardless of the amount of time currently available.

Sharebee has changed our company's approach to Employee Advocacy. We received not only a tool but, most importantly, support in building a culture of sharing and engagement. Personally, I am still very impressed by how the Sharebee team adapts to the needs of each organization. You can really tell that they care.

One of the greatest values they offer is continuous training and support. They don’t leave users on their own after implementing the platform but actively train employees, helping them feel confident in their role as brand ambassadors. Even in our large bank, everything runs smoothly and intuitively.

What are the results? The brand becomes more visible, employees are more engaged, and the presence on social media looks natural. To sum up, Sharebee perfectly combines modern technology with real support, ensuring that everything aligns with the company’s values. If I had to point out something for improvement, it would be the mobile app, but only if I really had to. Mainly because some interface elements don’t always scale well on smaller screens. There’s really nothing I dislike about working with Sharebee. Everyone makes small mistakes or forgets things from time to time, but it has never had a negative or significant impact on the project.

The opening sessions are very helpful. Sharing the statistics are eye opening and describing howneasy it is to start. For me it did the trick.

I reckon in our case the problem was the communication, objectives and expectations. In my opinion it would work even better when sharbee instrad of listening and focusing only on coordinator point of view also took into account the ambasadors.
