I've used and tested a few different social advocacy platforms, and ClearView Social covers all the necessary functions simply and at an affordable cost. We've been able to increase our employee participation by doing a brief training, using some of the training tools that ClearView provides, and that's had a very positive impact on our social media reach. We've utilized the leaderboard to gamify sharing by our internal team, and that's helped us drive more engagement. Any time we've had a question or issue, the response has been quick and helpful.

The UI is not as intuitive and slick as some of the pricier platforms, but it does the job.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearview Social:**

Determine what bells and whistles your team will need - if you need core employee advocacy capabilities, ClearView Social will meet your needs.

We've grown employee engagement using the tools like the leaderboard to get our team excited about seeing their points and progress. We've more than doubled our reach by providing consistent content updates in ClearView Social, and communicating those to our team every week. Consistency is key, and the platform provides tools to make that easy.

It was effortless to post topics.  I love that ClearView automatically publishes individually instead of all at once.

I have nothing to dislike.  So far, everything has worked well.

The ability to queue content. It's very simple to schedule and share content for coworkers to schedule and share themselves. It's better than the competition. Overall, it's a great product.

Clearview Social makes it easy to gamify social sharing for employees and encourages folks to share on a regular basis. Being able to post cross-platform with 1-click is quite helpful as well

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

Nothing I can think of at the moment, the site has all the features I'd ideally like for a sharing platform

**What problems is Clearview Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem was getting employees (especially those on the marketing team) to share our company's posts regularly and engage on the various social platforms. The gamifying feature offers friendly competition where we post rankings regularly during some of our review meetings - certainly helps encourage folks to improve their ranking

ClearView Social is easy to use and very helpful. It allows me to make future posts so they come out at the ideal time. The analytics are also very helpful.

I can't really think about anything negative. It would be nice to have a personal subscription option if a company doesn't want to do a subscription.

Overall, it is a really good product.

Having a metric for EMV of our social media marketing efforts was really helpful for us.

We have kind of a janky set up with our Facebook and Instagram accounts. They don't seem to be properly linked and that created a problem for us trying to use ClearView as our solution.

The social platforms change the analytics they allow you to see frequently. Having a standard solution for KPIs is really important for us so that we can benchmark against previous goals.

ClearView Social makes it very easy to serve up content for employees to share on their social accounts. We were up and running in days!

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

Sometimes the interface is a little clunky and requires more clicks to navigate than I would like. Saving regular work streams would make it even easier.

We are making it easy for our employees to share content on social media, reducing the time they need to invest in vetting relevant content and finding the right links.
