I like that I'm able to easily set up multiple articles on my social media page with just a click of a button. I'm not big on social media so it's nice to have articles set up for me

It's solving the fact that I need to post articles for my LinkedIn page but I don't like social media. My company curates the articles and all I have to do is hit 'post"

**What do you like best about Clearview Social?**

Clearview Social makes sharing content to social media both quick and simple. With just one click, you can schedule your posts for the entire week. Customer support and implementation are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

Navigating the integration with Facebook & Instagram is tricky. There are a lot of requirements/steps, and it's easy to get lost. Also, it's hard to tell what page I'm connecting to because all of our pages are titled "PrideStaff" with a location descriptor, but location descriptors don't display in Clearview.

Clearview Social helps us solve problems with not having time to share to social media. It also helps us to share consistently which can be difficult and time consuming.

**What do you like best about Clearview Social?**

I really appreciate Clearview Social's ability to offer insights on LinkedIn algorithms and the optimal times for posting which helps in reaching my audience effectively. I find the ready-to-share posts crafted with links and graphics very useful for disseminating important information. The setup was pretty straightforward, and I value the platform’s support for crafting proper messaging, which is crucial for someone like me who struggles with brain fog. The recommendations it offers and the ability to schedule posts at specific times are features I find particularly beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

I feel uncomfortable with my employer potentially being able to see my activity on other social media platforms. I'm reluctant to share company-provided content beyond LinkedIn because I don't think it's appropriate for my employer to access my other social media sites or know about the activities happening there.

**What problems is Clearview Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Clearview Social to learn about LinkedIn algorithms and posting times, share pre-crafted company posts, and stay updated on accounting news, which helps manage my brain fog and post more effectively.

**What do you like best about Clearview Social?**

I like the feeds feature, which lets me see my shares through the tool and to explore other potential shareable items. That lets me get some quick posts out easily in addition to leveraging those that my firm's social media management team helps with.

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

The UI was modified in a way that makes it more challenging to review and edit posts. You have to drill down on each individually through a hamburger menu. I like to edit many posts to make sure grammar and style are appropriate and it otherwise is consistent with my voice, so this has made it more challenging to use.

**What problems is Clearview Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Clearview Social, I rarely posted on LinkedIn.  It was tough to find the time to craft useful posts.  Now, I regularly post.  The scheduling functionality also is helpful in that regard, since I usually only would have time to think about posting on LinkedIn at times that weren't great for posting, like very late at night.

I love using the scheduling feature on CV Social - my boss and I have both used it to make sure we are still posting while on PTO. It’s user-friendly and I like being able to keep track of the posts I’ve already shared so that I don’t duplicate my content.

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

I don’t love that the scheduling button is misleading - you can change the date and time but when you hit “post” it does so immediately. Might be helpful to add notation that hitting “close” still saves the time and date you edited.

CV Social is helping me work through sharing content without it being cumbersome.

Definitely pricey and the annual price increases are rough.

Helping our members (small businesses with minimal marketing support) be more consistent with their social media activity. Also, a pretty significant member benefit as the price point is too steep for most of them to purchase on their own, which helps our retention efforts.

As an administrator of our Clearview Social account, I help almost 50 employees share the content that our department posts on LinkedIn. Our employees have shared how their LinkedIn connections have noticed their increased activity on the platform. It has even led to some new work. It’s very easy to take 10 seconds to scroll the collection email and then hit Share All. That’s it! Super simple and takes less time than it would for someone to just log into LinkedIn!

The inability to tag outside organizations in a post.

It’s helping to increase our social media reach to connections that the company’s page alone might not otherwise reach.

It can help your organization post often and maintain consistent messaging. It's idea for busy colleagues who want to have an active presence on social media, and the ability to take advantage of pre-scheduled posts and customize them depending on one's bandwidth is fantastic.

I wish I could tag colleagues and other organizations in our posts. Having to go back and edit my post later is not ideal, but the pros outweigh the cons.

Getting the word out to all employees about positive updates for the firm is amazing, and I love how central everything is to access.

Still do not see any downsides except that the word needs to be spread more so we can have more users!

First, the customer service is excellent.  Second, the platform is easy to use and it creates a one-button push to share all social media.

I've had trouble viewing updated user analytics. For example, some users share everyweek, but it doesn't show that activity on the platform.  There is some type of disconnect.

I love that I can pick and choose what I post, save time, and grow my LinkedIn network at the same time.

The photo library while making a collection could be better. I wish searching for previous posts was like the previous version.

The ease of use and effectiveness in amplifying our brand's presence on social media. The auto-share feature was great for our employees. Customer support was always very helpful in solving issues.

I had some issues with posting (sizes of graphics I wanted to share were sometimes cropped).

Platform was very easy to learn and use, and the Clearview support team is responsive and very supportive! We were up and running within a week. I've just started using the platform and so far am pleased with our choice. Looking forward to engaging more people within my organization and seeing the analytics.

I like the simplicity of the share feature, how easy it is to share articles among colleagues and the overall layout of the platform. No one has found it difficult to use.

The one downfall I would highlight is as a UK based company, I do feel the RSS feeds and news are directed more towards US companies, it would be great to see more easily accessed UK information.

I did a lot of research to select Clearview, and one of the main features is the ability to click 'share all' when you get the articles curated by the company. I also love the idea of allowing you to use a virtual assistant that auto-shares the company articles to your LinkedIn without needing approval.

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

I'd love to have the ability to pre-schedule a link to be posted in a defined frequency such as weekly, by weekly etc. I have to go back to the tool and do that manually.
I wish we could post on personal facebook pages.

**What problems is Clearview Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We already had a marketing team developing content and helping us post, but the process was manual; each team had to request their team members to push content to their social media accounts. We have had a huge increase in website traffic and also to our social media pages adding a lot more followers.

It is a great way to disseminate pertinent, timely information from my firm for people with accounting and tax questions! I haven't used another program like it, but I like to keep my LinkedIn relevant and I appreciate Clearview Social's one-stop-shop for updates!

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

The only thing I really dislike is that if you share the whole week's worth of info in one click, like I like to do, you never get your days streak past 1. I mean, I have shared everything available on the timeline created, why is it always like it's my first time?

**What problems is Clearview Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It may be solving more problems for my firm than me personally, but it is solving the problem of not being able to get information out in a timely way that is likely to be seen by more people than just those who already subscribe to the firm's channels.

Ease of sharing effective and positive posts that will help build recognition for me and my firm. I also appreciate that this provides additional insights into topics that will be of interest to my firm's social media prsence.

Sometimes I feel as though I don't have helpful insights to add to an article when I share one. If the platform provided suggested adds that were not permitted to be word for word the same, forcing some level of intelligent addition by a human, but from a place that was vetted to be on topic, I think the posts would be easier to personalize.

I recognize that I can help my firm develop its online presence, but I have never been gifted in providing anything other than short, snarky online comments. My firm deserves better, and ClearView Social helps me to be a team member.

I love the stats - who has viewed, seen, and interacted with my post. 

I love the peak time posts, truly believe that is the way to have the most impact.

The inability to tag people in posts until after they are posted. The biggest bang for your buck on LinkedIn comes from interacting with other users and unless I happen to see the notification that a post went live, I don't end up tagging them until it's too late.

CVS helps me post at the right time of day so that I maximize my exposure/thought leadership/accolades for others on LinkedIn.  I have been at the top of the leaderboard for my firm for months and feel good about the impact I'm making and news I'm sharing about my business.

I honestly have not found anything that I dislike about ClearView Social. If I had to pick something, sometimes my connections to my social media platforms do not stay connected, so I have to link them to my account again.

Being about to network with so many people at one time.  It's a great way to share our thoughts, things about Wipfli, and generalized topics that interest the person posting.  It benefits me as I connect with more people from Wipfli than I would if I never used ClearView Social.

The scheduling and staging of when articles will post on your behalf is a wonderful feature.  It helps you keep a regular stream of content going without spamming anyone.  My favorite platform feature!

There is honestly nothing of note that I can think of that I dislike about this platform.  Between the auto-scheduling feature and the ability for a company to share relevant articles that employees might share, I've not had a single complaint about the platform.

They're certainly solving a significant time management problem.  I once had to find content I wanted to share and stagger it so as not to spam social media sites but still remember to send content....ClearView has made this problem a thing of the past.

Makes promotions and advertising easy and cost-effective for small business needs, since the content is already created just need to share it from their portal.

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

1. The fact that it tries to schedule a post each day and repeat at random times on other social media platforms.
2.  there are technical glitches with logging in and keeping all the social media pages connected, you have to refresh it.  
3. Making changes to the schedule is also tricky. 
4.  The author cannot be changed, and the owner page cannot be customized so the posts when appearing on the pages it looks like we have borrowed it from somewhere; if there is a better way to express that these articles are from other publications that will be awesome
5. I like to insert the company name and popular hashtags for additional exposure in each article and that is cumbersome to do for each post.

Helps to deliver quality content for recruitment to the followers in a timely manner and at an affordable cost to small businesses.

It is extremely easy to use on both desktop and mobile. I love how it tracks analytics. It only takes a few minutes to share up to around a dozen posts.

**What do you dislike about Clearview Social?**

I wish it were easier to sort and filter through the preselected articles that can be shared. It seems like they should simply be in date order starting with the most recent, especially since a lot of it is newsworthy information and should be the most up-to-date. I find a lot of the articles or section on there are from years ago.

It solves the need to share to multiple platforms while long you to do it extremely simple and fast.
