  ### 1. Does a solid job with an easy-to-use back-end interface

**What do you like best about SpamHero?**

Pricing is very aggressive, it's easy to configure, and it has a great onboarding process.  The back-end portal for admins and customer-facing users to manage quarantine and filtering options is intuitive and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about SpamHero?**

It misses some obvious phishing spam messages without some additional configuration.  This seems to be a critical point of most systems out there at the moment, but I wish it was better.  Some messages SpamHero lets through get noticed by Microsoft 365's systems as if they would be filtered by them if that was enabled.

**What problems is SpamHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a low-cost spam filtering solution that's better, in most cases, than what's "stock" with the mail service provider; and allows good back-end management and administrative functionality.

**What do you like best about SpamHero?**

This product is very easy interface that allows you to uploading customize your in users clients and overall environments

**What do you dislike about SpamHero?**

There's nothing I just like about this client except it could have a mobile version that would be beneficial when you're not in front of a PC

**What problems is SpamHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to whitelist and blacklist emails domains set threshold's customers to the granular level
