Spacewell Workplace is a workplace management solution built for enterprises and mid-market organizations that want to manage, optimize, and improve how office space is used by employees. It supports hybrid work models by giving facility and real estate teams real-time visibility into actual space usage through IoT sensor data, desk and room booking, occupancy analytics, and portfolio-level dashboards. Employees interact with the platform through a dedicated workplace app that enables desk reservations, room bookings, service requests, and visitor management. Corporate real estate teams use utilization data to make data-backed decisions on portfolio consolidation, footprint reduction, and hybrid work policy enforcement. Spacewell Workplace integrates with Microsoft 365, access control systems, and identity platforms, and is designed for multi-site, enterprise-grade deployments. Spacewell Asset is a product focused on asset and maintenance management. It helps organizations manage technical assets, maintenance operations, and facility services in a structured, compliant, and efficient way. The product provides a centralized asset register, preventive and corrective maintenance management, work order and service request handling, contractor and SLA management, compliance tracking, and mobile workflows for technicians. It is built for asset-intensive organizations that need control over maintenance maturity, regulatory compliance, and service performance across buildings and portfolios. Asset managers, maintenance managers, and facility teams use it to reduce reactive maintenance, improve asset uptime, and maintain audit readiness. When used together, Spacewell Workplace and Spacewell Asset create an integrated operational layer for buildings: Workplace captures how space is actually used by people, while Asset monitors the technical infrastructure and services that keep those spaces running. A service request submitted by an employee in the Workplace app can automatically generate a work order in Asset, which is then dispatched to the responsible maintenance team or contractor. This connected workflow reduces manual handovers and improves service delivery across sites.
