Additionally, the platform's data analytics tools helps in tracking and measuring the success of my reach outs. **What do you dislike about Sourcicle?** I can not think of anything at the moment. **What problems is Sourcicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** What I appreciate most about Sourcicle is its highly effective Personal Email Finder, which performs exceptionally well compared to other providers. The seamless operation as a browser extension allows me to execute the entire process, from sourcing to outreach, without ever leaving LinkedIn. Sourcicle also provides detailed tracking and metrics that help inform my sourcing strategy and refining my messaging. ### 2. Before I started using it, I had to first source candidates, then find their emails individually, and then save each person in the ATS. After that, I would have to create a campaign and send out emails one by one. Now, with just a few clicks, Sourcicle handles all of these steps for me. ### 3. Pricing is really good in comparison to same-level, big, competitors in the market. **What do you dislike about Sourcicle?** No real downside, but there are still features being released on a weekly basis, suggesting that the product is clearly on an evolution phase. **What problems is Sourcicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scraps e-mails w. a single click, adds LinkedIn leads to multiple, edible, campaigns powered by AI, which makes sourcing powerful yet simple. The user can see how many times a lead opened a sent message, indicating "hotter" leads (I find it very useful). Also, provides automatic KPIs reporting. Improved my KPI's right after using it for the very first time! ### 4.
