**What do you like best about SoulCRM?**

Power-packed features along with their personalized support. Sales and Accounting was an Addon. Support Tool was just crazy.

**What do you dislike about SoulCRM?**

Automation and Sequences was a miss but complemented by Marketing through Sendgrid.

**Recommendations to others considering SoulCRM:**

You won't regret, there is an updated version available as Salesmate.io

**What problems is SoulCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a multi-utility tool which has helped us in organizing our Marketing, Sales, Purchase and Accounting Team with a Price no one can offer in the industry. A very simple and authentic tool with credible and authentic features. Highly recommended.
