Being able to see who has access to what via a single pane of glass is extremely useful. **What do you dislike about SolarWinds Access Rights Manager?** ARM is not easy to configure out of the box. The on-premise items were very straight-forward, but the 365 integrations were very troublesome. Even the support engineer who assisted once I hit a brick wall seemed to struggle with a lot of the config pieces. **What problems is SolarWinds Access Rights Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** As stated earlier, having a wide array of data in multiple places makes it difficult to track down who has access to what data. In many instances, we have discovered overpermissions for users.
