The selection process is key to ensuring the technology can successfully help you implement new business processes. For the last 20 years, we've constantly honed our approach to meet clients' needs. What has stayed constant is a constant focus on "what does the client need?" versus "what does the software do?" Haygarth Consulting is vendor agnostic - that means we have no commercial ties to any software publisher and we do not accept any incentives to favor their products over the competition.

I brought Haygarth to a client who was about to undergo a major system selection project and really had no experience with such a project.

**What do you like best about Software Selection and Implementation Management?**

Haygarth has years of experience taking companies through the arduous process of selecting software and managing implementations.  What I like best is their ability to bring it to the appropriate level within the organization, whether that be a clerical employee or a CEO.   For those companies who do not go through this on a regular basis (and most do not), bringing in outside help can save a lot of time, money and headaches.

**What do you dislike about Software Selection and Implementation Management?**

I cannot think of anything I dislike about this company or the level of service they provided.
