Social Tracker generates the analytics with a few important details like

Social Tracker is needed to be improved. The problems I faced are written below.

What do you like best about SocialTracker?

A very nice presentation, a simple use of the website for track your social media accounts, you can track up to 5 social networks (Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, Instagram and Tik Tok, the most popular except Facebook).

A good tool for track your profiles and look for engagement do you have, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialTracker?

Maybe is a bit simple and need to be more complex, add features, add comparisons, add some metrics and of course, they must to make cheaper their reports because are not a good option when you can make in a few minutes the same without pay that price, so if they want to get a correct price of their reports in premium accounts must to upgrade reports or make cheaper them (reports).

Also you can get some errors in percents because sometimes it excedes 100% in engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SocialTracker:

If you want to make the difference, it will not be the tool, but it can help you to make it. Anyway you can use it for a simple track of the social networks you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SocialTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

As i say in the dislike section, they must to fit the correct price for their premium product (reports), your social media content is highly public so you can use a lot of other choices for analyze it.
