One of our favorite features is their live chat support. It’s so reassuring knowing that if we ever have a question or need help, we can quickly get in touch with someone. The platform has also been extremely reliable for us. We use Snappic for live events, so having software that runs smoothly without major issues is incredibly important. It gives us peace of mind knowing we can focus on our guests and the event instead of worrying about technical problems. **What do you dislike about Snappic?** One thing we dislike is how GIFs are handled. In order for a GIF session to save as both a still photo and a GIF, the photo has to be printed. We would love the option to automatically save both versions without requiring a print. Another area we feel could be improved is the print quality. We’ve noticed that the quality of the printed photos isn’t always as sharp or consistent as we would like, especially compared to the quality of the digital images. It works well with our DNP RX-1 but not our DNP 620-A. **What problems is Snappic solving and how is that benefiting you?** The 360 has had several go pro connection issues and it has helped us troubleshoot. They also give us recommendations. Since we work live events, we need software we can trust, and we rarely experience major issues with Snappic. When we do have a question or need help, the live chat support is a huge benefit and gives us peace of mind while running events. ### 2. On Live events everything is at your finger tips and the performance has been upgraded from our previous app. The Price is compatible too and we have been able to use it integrated with various Photobooth, 360 video booth as well as glambot **What do you dislike about Snappic?** I would prefer a more economical version for the monthly and yearly subscriptions **What problems is Snappic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had different problems with live events, Gallery problems, ewditing prob lems, layout problems and they all have been solved right away. ### 3. The platform is loaded with resources, and the live chat surpasses my expectations every time! The agents are extremely knowledgeable and will help until the issue is resolved whether your at a live event, or need to print pictures after the event **What do you dislike about Snappic?** I wish I had time to learn all the dynamic features. **What problems is Snappic solving and how is that benefiting you?** My issues are always with printing with a DNP printer. It benefits me because they are always able to walk me through and troubleshoot. ### 4. They're constantly available and active, always ready to solve any problems I face. The initial setup was quite easy, which helps reduce complexity. Although some features required additional time for setup and testing, the process was generally straightforward for my first event. **What do you dislike about Snappic?** There are quite a bit of feature enhancements that are enabled, and I understand that many things are in beta testing. They do a great job at understanding from a beta perspective what things need to be solved and getting those things in the pipeline to be fixed. **What problems is Snappic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Snappic for my complex corporate events due to the complexity required by clients. It handles DSLR cameras, event photography, and fast instant photo printing efficiently. ### 5.
