What do you like best about Snappic?

Snappic allows me to print photos on the spot and share them digitally with customers, which is really convenient. I love their customer service; it's second to none. I use the chat feature on their website whenever I have an issue, and they guide me through it step by step. Sometimes I'll even screen share with them, and they'll fix the issues for me. What do you dislike about Snappic?
