"User friendly Intelligent Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

The best thing about SnapLogic IIP is the user friendly learning for it and the user friendly user interface. I like the contrast in the user interface and the ease of monitoring using the dashboards. My favorites to use are the dashboard and the designer in IIP. Even non technical people can use with minimal coding experience. The drag-and-drop functionality in the Designer tool makes building complex integrations easier, and the Snaps allow quick integration. The intuitive dashboard provides real-time monitoring and insights, making it easier to track performance and troubleshoot issues. I also appreciate SnapLogic’s scalability, which enables handling large data volumes efficiently, and the automation capabilities that help streamline workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing productivity. What do you dislike about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

The logs do not date back further, and sometimes the dashboarding can lag. I appreciate the user friendly nature of the platform but it would be better to have a seamless flow of interaction between the three modes Designer, Manager and Dashboard. The platform also occasionally experiences performance lags with very large or complex workflows and data, which can affect efficiency. Additionally, some advanced features, like custom scripting in certain Snaps, may require more technical knowledge, which can be a challenge for non-technical or beginner developers. "Streamlined Data Integration with Robust Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

I use SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) for creating pipelines for different purposes like transforming data. I love that it supports SQL, JSON, XML, REST APIs, and other formats. It's great that I can build ETL and ELT pipelines and do Salesforce and SAP integrations. I appreciate the ability to do API orchestrations as well. The entire process becomes an automated pipeline, and I can run and schedule pipelines every hour, daily, or based on heartbeats. I use ultra pipelines and can trigger them as needed. I find setting up SnapLogic very easy, and the interface is understandable. The platform has three different components: designer for building pipelines, manager for accessing and scheduling tasks, and dashboard for creating and triggering tasks. What do you dislike about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

Debugging is somewhat difficult. It's hard to trace some failures, and sometimes error messages can be unclear. Nest child pipelines are somewhat confusing. Sometimes memory issues can happen. Joins and aggregates consume high memory and more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Low-Code App Integration with Clear Monitoring and Governance"
5/5
What do you like best about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

I can drag and drop to connect apps and data without needing to code much, which makes getting things done quicker. It works for both real-time and batch jobs, so I don’t have to switch tools for different tasks. The built-in Snaps cover most of the systems I use, so setup is usually straight forward. Monitoring and permissions are clear, so it’s easy to see what’s running and keep things organized. Downsides for me: really complex logic can get tricky, and pricing can add up as projects grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

Complex transformations can get messy in the visual canvas, and sometimes I end up writing scripts anyway. Debugging isn’t always intuitive—tracking down why a pipeline failed can take longer than I expect. Costs can creep up as you add more projects, environments, and connectors. Some connectors feel opinionated or lag behind new SaaS features, so I occasionally hit limitations. Governance helps, but without strict standards pipelines can sprawl and become hard to maintain. "Lowers Required Complexity and Speeds Development... Creating Citizen Developers."
5/5
What do you like best about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

It does what it advertises... lowering complexity and speeding development. It actually does enable the "Citezen Developer". It does so by automating a lot of details that are typically not value-added, which allows me to focus on the things that actually create business value; i.e.- I can create a secured endpoint in 5 minutes, and I deploy by simply clicking "Save"... which gives me more time to create pipelines/functionality.

All that said, I often have the ability to micromanage the details IF I WANT TO, though I rarely want to.

We use a hybrid cloud/locally hosted solution; the cloud assets me the design and monitoring really easy.

I really do recommend using SnapLogic, unless you are a blue-blood Developer who is insulted by too much automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

The UI can be slow at times; I know in the background it make be doing a lot... but at times it feels like it's clocking quite a while.

It is not very visually apparent which environment you are in; it is easy to do something in Prod, thinking you're in Test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ultra-Stable, Scalable, and Effortless Integration Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

With 3 years of supporting SnapLogic, I really appreciate its Ultra Task stability, rich snap catalog, and how easy it is to trace and troubleshoot issues using the dashboard, logs, and document-level visibility.

The platform is fast to develop on, easy to maintain, and its scalable Snaplex architecture—especially after doing the Agent Creator Bootcamp—gives a lot of flexibility for performance tuning.

Overall, SnapLogic strikes the right balance between power, simplicity, and operational reliability, which is exactly what a production environment needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

What I dislike about SnapLogic is mainly around debugging and visibility.

Some snap-level error messages are not very detailed, which can slow down RCA, and managing dependencies across project spaces can get tricky in large environments.

Also, Ultra Task monitoring could offer deeper metrics, and large pipelines can become visually cluttered.

These improvements would make support and maintenance even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Efficient Yet Needs Improved Connectivity"
4/5
What do you like best about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

I basically like the ease of use and the very user-friendly UI that helps any user to start integrating and building pipelines and integration very easily from scratch. The connectivity is very fast, and it has a lot of snaps available to connect with multiple source systems and process the data. The user-friendly UI, especially the drag-and-drop feature, is very helpful for creating complex pipelines. The initial setup was very easy, and SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform documentation helps a lot whether it's on cloud or on-premises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

Basically, when we are processing a larger dataset, it tends to take a lot of time if the nodes are not configured properly. The nodes might go into one particular node, leading to a lot of execution time. Also, while it is running for a longer time, there's a chance of losing connectivity between the external systems and SnapLogic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integrations and Enterprise-Grade Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

What I like most about SnapLogic IIP is how it simplifies complex integrations. The drag-and-drop interface and prebuilt connectors make it easy to build pipelines quickly without heavy coding. It handles large data volumes efficiently and performs reliably at an enterprise scale.

Another advantage is its flexibility—it works seamlessly across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. The scheduling, monitoring, and error-handling features are very helpful for day-to-day operations, making it easier to track pipeline health and troubleshoot issues. Overall, it saves development time, reduces maintenance effort, and helps deliver integrations faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Agentic Integration and Applied AI Platform?

One area where SnapLogic can be challenging is handling incremental loads. Setting up incremental logic is not always straightforward and often requires additional configuration or custom work, which can increase pipeline complexity and maintenance effort. Debugging such scenarios can also take extra time.

At times, customer support response can be slower than expected, especially for non-critical issues. That said, the platform itself is quite stable, and many issues can be resolved through logs, monitoring, and documentation.

Overall, while there are a few areas that could be improved, SnapLogic’s strengths—such as scalability, performance, and ease of building integrations—largely outweigh these drawbacks, making it a solid and reliable integration platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
