**What do you like best about Snapit?**

Being able to paste any screenshot I take and edit it to my prefence. Its basic features I feel are enough for someone who isn't a pro user, so you don't have to subscribe the pro version to enjoy its features. But the pro version is certainly the best and affordable.

**What do you dislike about Snapit?**

One thing I dislike is, since it's a web-based screenshot  tool, you can't use it while offline. I feel like this hinders most users from accessing it whenever.

**What problems is Snapit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made it very easy for me to edit my screenshots whenever I'm working on my projects. Initially I had to rely on the Paint app which had limited features, or the Adobe Photoshop which requires pro users to navigate the platform. This has increased productivity in the office and overall client satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Snapit?**

Simple application features, ease of use in starting the service to take screenshots. I like their free flow screenshot capturing option it helps me in highlighting specific parts of the issue during testing.

**What do you dislike about Snapit?**

Nothing much, Sometimes it doesn't start immediately and lag happens

**What problems is Snapit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to use 2 different applications for capturing screenshot and video, Snapit solves it. Ever since I started using, it satisfies my needs of both screen and video captures.
