**What do you like best about SMSEdge?**

Seamless API integration adds a layer of depth to our marketing tools for our clients.  Clients get superior SMS capabilities, and more important, better results via real-time optimization.

**What do you dislike about SMSEdge?**

Sometimes cost-per-text pricing is more than bulk software.  However, the return on investment greatly exceeds the cost differential.

**What problems is SMSEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**
