What do you dislike about smrtphone?

I can list several things, but I will just keep it focused on the most important. The inability to actually perform the function you pay them for and then the inability to speak with ANYONE to solve the issues so you can have a working phone and CRM package. The second, which is tied to the first. The CRM's that they are embedded with allow Smrtphone to monopolize their systems and then they charge a ridiculous amount for a system that ultimately does not work. One of the worst experiences, with tools and systems, I have had working in our real estate business the last 10 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
