"AVOID USING THIS PHONE SYSTEM AT ALL COSTS"

What do you like best about smrtphone?

I liked that the system is embedded into CRM's that we were migrating to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about smrtphone?

I can list several things,but I will just keep it focused on the most important. The inability to actually perform the function you pay them for and then the inability to speak with ANYONE to solve the issues so you can have a working phone and CRM package.

The second, which is tied to the first. The CRM's that they are embedded with allow Smrtphone to monoplize their systems and then they charge a rediculous amount for a system that ultimately does not work.

One of the worse experiences, with tools and systems, I have had working in our real estate business the last 10 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is smrtphone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Purpose: Phone system and dialer for outbound marketing and tracking

They are NOT solving any issues. They were to be a phone system that was embedded with REISift and Podio. They are but when it comes to using the dialer; tons of problems including not able to speak with anyone to discuss and resolve. NEVER pay more than a month because, even when they can NOT support you and what you are paying for, they will NOT refund your money. SO, you are just paying for the belief they are a phone system you can use but reality is they are NOT.
