**What do you like best about SMATI?**

Provide an overview that gives information about every building and will alert messages if something goes wrong. The user-friendly platform reduces our tasks by providing real-time updates on a customizable platform. The most important thing is no compatibility issues.SMATI Config provides control to adjust any sensors, and SMATI Ops gives notifications and alerts to maintenance teams. A complete library of available business interfaces can be accessed through SMATI Business.

**What do you dislike about SMATI?**

SMATI generates consumption and usage analysis reports. Further improvements are required in usage analysis reports. Excluding these problems, it is the best software, and the issues mentioned above can be fixed easily. The overall quality of service provided is excellent.

**What problems is SMATI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SMATI is facilities management software. It assists me in predictive analysis and allows me to oversee multiple properties simultaneously. The cost of maintenance becomes more manageable.
