For me, my account manager, Asa Rabin, has been wonderful to work with.  His communication skills are exceptional.  He is obviously extremely good at his job.

I honestly cannot think of any negatives.

I highly recomend this company for online marketing.

I have been working with Chair10 for the past few months.  I retained Chair10 to assist with marketing of my small business.  My account manager, Asa Rabin, has provided exceptional service.  He has regularly communicated with me and has made modifications in the marketing campaign as needed to generate optimal and cost-effective results.

HubSpot! It's incredibly user-friendly and helped me task manage most effectively.
When it comes to posting online, they keep us part of that journey every step of the way.
I love their responsiveness and willingness to always be ready to assist with any inquiries or issues.

Not much to dislike. A possible improvement would be related to the pricing structure. 
It's worth noting that the quality of their services justifies the cost.

Once in a while I will get a lead from outside my territory, or a spam lead, but that's somewhat atypical.

They're definitely worth a shot! No marketing works in the first two weeks. I'd say give it at least 3 to 6 months before you come to a final conclusion.

They've helped me get leads to qualified homeowners so that I can provide a quality product and service.

With a lean internal staff, the SmartBug team we work with - Megan and Danielle - are essential to our success. They quickly developed an understanding of who we are and what we're trying to accomplish, and they are nimble and adaptable enough to enthusiastically pivot with us when things change. Technically competent, extremely organized, and highly efficient, we simply could not execute our inbound marketing or content strategy agendas without them. SmartBug seems to change account managers quite often.  For us, this has averaged out to a new account manager every 9 months.

Working with a top-tier Klaviyo partner like SmartBug Media has proven to be a very high ROI solution for us.  A service like this pays for itself very quickly.  They handle all of the "heavy lifting," while we also get to know that we are delivering the best marketing to our customers.

SmartBug runs our email marketing campaigns.  With this, SmartBug manages all aspects of our Klaviyo implementation and is our first point of contact for all things related to Klaviyo.

He knows and understands our business and makes appropriate changes as needed to allow for consistent and qualified leads.    We do quarterly reviews to ensure our budget is equaling sales.  We can directly confirm sales to leads provided.

How easy it is to communicate with my rep. AnnMarie and how helpful they are when I need a quick issue resolved.

It is a pretty soft dislike, but if I had to give one, I would say them being on the West Coast with a different time zone.

All of my online marketing effors are being handled. There is no other way to say the benefits other than they are keeping my business running by helping drive leads and do it in the most efficient way possible.

Of course I wish they could be in-house.

Working with SmartBug for the last two years has been great - they're truly an extension of our team. They've enabled us to better manage our bandwidth and workload, have the expertise and knowledge to guide us in areas we could use some additional training (SEO, Analytics, HubSpot) and serve as an external, non-biased voice of support during our strategy process. Our account managers have been great since the beginning - extremely responsive, flexible and always help us reach our goals. We appreciate having them in our corner!

Most of things I would list here come back to me not wathcing the dashboard and following trends.  So, I have nothing to list for dislikes.

Establish a good working relationship with your account rep. immediately.  We used another service before SmartBug and our PPC was stagnant.

SmartBug recently adjusted the time of day our Google account starts applying our budget to get the most "bang for the buck".

Nick is what makes our relationship with SmartBug worthwhile, we've gone through a few account managers and we feel that he has a strong handle on managing our account.

**What do you dislike about SmartBug Media?**

There is nothing I particularly dislike about SmartBug media. I think sometimes there are kinks when certain folks are out (specifically on the creative teams) but it's understandable and that's me nit-picking.

**What problems is SmartBug Media solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My marketing team is extremely small - 1.5 people - I am the half person because I am half on the creative team as well. The inhouse bandwidth that we have to run our email marketing is pretty tight, and Nick makes every much more simple by managing our account with us. Our business is niche and takes a lot of care and understanding, which we've come to find is a lot to ask of outside agencies.

SmartBug is highly efficient producing an enormous amount of work in support of lead goals. They are also flexible, curious, resourceful, responsive and great to work with.

They are responsive and help find solutions even if it's not technically in their scope. They work very well within the budget and so far the people on our team have been great to work with.

The Paid Media reporting has changed every time we've gotten on a monthly call. It would be nice to see more consistent reporting as well as key recommendations. They could also use better copy writers.

They helped get our email journeys up and running as well as assisted in cleaning up and optimizing our paid media.

Ardeley and Katie at Chair 10 were very responsive and able to optimize assets as needed. I really appreciated the detailed monthly analytics and the final summary of the campaigns.

Their graphics is amazing and so is their content, but their # 1 asset is the customer success manager... Ours is Nick and he went above and beyond to making sure everyting worked (perfectly). We were so impressed with their service that we switched our paid media agency and signed that up with SB.
