Small Improvements sets the golden standard for feedback related processes.

UI is good, easy to understand for users.

Admin is easy, intuitive.

Feedabck cycle setup is easy, can see a lot of thought has been put into making it easy to use.

Good to see that they constantly reach into "what's next" in terms of value added.

What do you like best about Small Improvements?

Keeps most performance related data in one place. Creates a process for scheduling annual reviews. Really like the praise feature. The objectives feature is really great, especially since managers and HR can have visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Small Improvements?

A little clunky at times. Doesn't account for reviews based on anniversary dates, instead of annual cycles. Emails aren't always clear. Only partially integrates with BambooHR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
