**Describe the project or task SlingshotEdge helped with:**

Flywire brought Callum and John to meet our EMEA relationship, sales and solutions managers to help them to understand their buyers' world and to learn how to speak to buyers in a way that would connect with them.

**What do you like best about SlingshotEdge?**

As a sales organisation we have loved watching what the Slingshot guys do and how they reframe the sales process.  The execution of the training was 100% Callum and John took our team on a journey that was easy to follow and made complete sense! 
Our favorite part of the process was putting into practice what we had learned throughout the day and changing how we would typically present to our buyers.  In doing this, everyone on the team had a chance to think about what they'd do differently.  The changes that we made were simple to deploy and encouraged the use of real-life personal stories, which many found would help us to build a connection with buyers quicker.

**What do you dislike about SlingshotEdge?**

We all wanted more time with the Slingshot team! Their wealth of experience and knowledge of the sales/ buying process is endless. There wouldn't be a great deal to improve about our time with Callum and John; there was a great mix of training, engagement, fun, and practice to keep everyone involved.

**What problems is SlingshotEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting prospects engaged and opening up to us about their world can be challenging for us.  We often talk about our company's solutions and products rather than on the client.  
Callum and John have taught us about our buyers' mind and how best to communicate with our clients and prospects to get the most from our conversations with them to aid the buying process. 
Understanding clients better means that we can use language to get customers to engage with us with ease and to open up earlier in the process and tell us about their world.

Training material very accessible through the university. Useful to have 1-1 sessions with John and Calum

**What do you dislike about SlingshotEdge?**

The process is less about making first contact. Understanding the science behind what makes this most successful would be interesting.

**What problems is SlingshotEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us have more meaningful conversations with potential customers. Provides us with a format for capturing incredibly valuable information using to progress conversations with potential customers.

To describe the products we offer to potential customers so they understand them and the impact they can have on their businesses and them as individuals. The objective of the work is that we communicate better and sell more as a result.

They have helped members of our team to grow in confidence in a sales environment and to believe they can do things that before they did not.

The process can be hard work; though it is clear you don't get the results without doing the work.

Do it. They will change the way you think and sell.

We are addressing inertia in our sales efforts through growing confidence in our ability to articulate what we offer. We are doing better at getting meetings with new prospects and moving on discussions that were stuck. We are asking better questions and providing clearer insights to potential (and existing) customers about what we do.

**What do you like best about SlingshotEdge?**

The team from SlingshotEdge showed our team how to make the most impact on prospective and current clients by making the meeting about THEM rather than about us.

I wish we'd had one more day to benefit from everything SlingshotEdge taught us and helped us hone.

I would highly recommend working with SlingshotEdge if you are looking for a fresh perspective on doing business, working with clients, and serving any customers.

We were looking to introduce new techniques to our consulting teams around client engagement and selling with impact, so SlingshotEdge were engaged to help us.

**What do you like best about SlingshotEdge?**

Engaging, original, and thought-provoking content.   The sessions were well-paced and broken up into informative and collaborative sections that drive you to engage.  The approaches make sense and can be directly adopted and taken into a sales situation.  There is a real personal feel to the delivery from Calum and John, and although it was entirely remote it had a sense of actually being there.

**What do you dislike about SlingshotEdge?**

It's difficult to dislike a technique that makes you feel energized, so I won't.

**Recommendations to others considering SlingshotEdge:**

Be prepared to think outside the box; this is anything but traditional sales techniques.

**What problems is SlingshotEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is one that many organizations have, and that is to be relevant and impactful with clients and improving sales win rates.  We have just completed the training so it's hard to say at the moment but there is a definite energy level increase.

I can't say I disliked any of it. The quality of the product and presentation was top notch.

I've been using Slingshot Edge University and working with Calum. It enabled me to understand and learn the practical and usable aspects of sales psychology which lead to better client discovery and positioning of my services, without the lectures, rants, exams or studying you might expect.

**What do you like best about SlingshotEdge?**

Practical and easy to apply sales methods. They've taken complex psychology, focused on the sales specific aspects of it and crystalised it into an easy to digest, entertaining and memorable format. Having used this for a month now, I'm confident it's helped me turn a page in my development.

**What do you dislike about SlingshotEdge?**

Really, there's not a lot I disliked and I was pretty onboard with the whole process. I'd like to have had more content on certain aspects, but that's because they're huge deep topics and I found them really interesting.

**What problems is SlingshotEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Discovery calls are probably the hardest part of what I do. There's a goal to get from pleasantries right the way down to the point when they realise that they need your solution - but it's a difficult path to navigate. This has allowed me to understand it differently and given a really neat framework for understanding my prospect and positioning my product to them without the traditional, pushy sales tactics that alienate and lead to lost deals.

They helped me built a better pitch for my sales, giving useful tools and advices to engage my prospects in a very original way.

All the dynamic they use is impressive. The fun way they share knowledge, which makes it easier to remember. I also loved they speak super clear, and I understood the full training even though English isn't my mother tongue. The best thing is the Slingshot university, where I can keep learning.

Provided an Energizer session for 40 colleagues over Zoom.
To help us all to understanding biases and our client’s emotional thinking that caused them to decide to hire us in the first place.  With this we can then define strategies to influence and help our clients change for the better.

The facilitators did a fantastic job at making us feel engaged throughout! Some key lessons were shared, not just with theory but with real-life analogies to explain ideas that are easy to remember
