AI is implemented thoroughly throughout the product. Being able to edit workflows, forms, and automations with AI has improved back-office efficiency. Advisors especially love the Book Chat and Client Chat boxes for finding client information, particularly when those tools are paired with custodian integrations.
Overall, it’s an all-in-one platform that offers what I consider better alternatives to form, workflow, and AI notetaker software at a reasonable price. The software is quick to navigate, and editing any piece of information feels responsive and easy to access with minimal clicks.
As an operations manager, I particularly value the ability to update custom fields with AI, generate reports through an AI prompt, and bulk-edit subsets of data using filters at the record-type level. The Slant team is also very responsive and has been great to work with. They implement changes quickly, sometimes within a day, and I appreciate the effort they put into building strong relationships with their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A lot of my dislikes are fairly nitpicky. The PDF Filler templates are difficult to edit, because even small changes often mean you’re basically starting from scratch. Slant also isn’t necessarily set up to handle businesses that are considered part of a client household, although there are workarounds you can use to connect a business to a client. Lastly, the task view isn’t editable right now, but given how quickly they’ve been updating the software, I expect that feature will be added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
