## About Skylark
Skylark is a powerful Content Management System (CMS) for building, operating and scaling products focussed on video and other multimedia content. Skylark makes it easy for content teams to curate media assets alongside related metadata objects and apply extremely granular licensing and availability rules at every level. Its GraphQL API is flexible enough to integrate with any third-party services, and since Skylark is headless, it can power any user experience.

**What do you like best about Skylark?**

The custom and adaptable data model is fanstastic, we've been able to tailor the model directly to our customers, it's also opened up other opportunites for us to provide bespoke content to customers that previously we struggled with. 

The GraphQL API is intuitive and queries are returned fast meaning we can power Front Ends that focus on performance. 

Support from the Skylark team has been fantastic, would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Skylark?**

There are some features that haven't been released yet that we're hoping to take advantage of, we're keeping a close eye on the roadmap. The Skylark team have been great with publishing updates and new features seem to be delivered quickly so I don't think we'll be waiting long.

**What problems is Skylark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We build bespoke Front Ends that deliver video content to a wide spectrum of users, Skylark allows us to standardise how we deliver that experience but in an adaptable way. They have integrations with a range of established partners in the OTT space that helps deliver confidence whilst at the same time providing flexibility that helps us to make our platforms unique and stand out.
