It is like having a personal assistant. The accuracy in transcript allows me to have confidence in this tool. Customer service support was helpful with questions and minor issues. The monthly fee is worth the value and quality received. I highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Skriber One?** The thing I dislike about Skriber is the fact that I have to come up with one thing I dislike. I have been pleased overall. Once there was a computer update that took about 24 hrs for Skriber to handle, but allowed a credit for the time Skriber was down. **What problems is Skriber One solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem Skriber One has solved for me is the freedom to be present with patients knowing that no detail is missed and the time saved in writing clinical notes in SOAP form. ### 2. It allows me to engage with my patient and be more present during appointments. It also allows me to not forget anything and ensure that I have everything covered at the end of my day. Not to mention me getting home two hours earlier than I did before because of Skriber one. It’s the best product out there. **What do you dislike about Skriber One?** When I copy and paste from Skriber one into my EMR, I have to add returns. The only negative if I can come up with. **What problems is Skriber One solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me the opportunity to spend time with my patient without staring in a screen and even if I spend 45 minutes with a patient, there’s nothing that I have to forget because it’s all right there ### 3.
