"Freedom and Time Saver"

What do you like best about Skriber One?

The most helpful thing about Skriber is the amount of time it saves me at the end of the day with completion of clinical notes and the freedom to be present with patients knowing I haven’t missed anything. It is like having a personal assistant. The accuracy in transcript allows me to have confidence in this tool. Customer service support was helpful with questions and minor issues. What do you dislike about Skriber One?

The thing I dislike about Skriber is the fact that I have to come up with one thing I dislike. I have been pleased overall. Once there was a computer update that took about 24 hrs for Skriber to handle, but allowed a credit for the time Skriber was down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
