Skriber One is an AI medical scribe for healthcare professionals. It turns recorded patient conversations or dictated information into structured draft clinical notes that clinicians review and edit before adding them to the medical record. Clinicians can customize note templates to match their documentation workflow. Notes can be transferred to an EHR by copying a full note or individual sections, or by exporting a PDF. Optional EHR Sync supports selected browser-based workflows; availability and add-on charges vary. Skriber also includes Clinical Evidence, which lets clinicians ask questions and review answers with references without recording a patient visit. Active Skriber subscriptions include unlimited Clinical Evidence access. Clinicians remain responsible for reviewing generated notes, answers, and references. Standard website pricing is $145 per user per month, or $99 per user per month equivalent with a 12-month commitment. Standard trial periods are 7 days for monthly plans and 15 days for annual plans. Group pricing is custom. Billing channel, offer, and checkout terms determine the final price and payment schedule.
