**What do you like best about Skody?**

Scheduling with Skody has allowed us to get from our plateau of 80% OTD up to a plan that allows for 100% OTD in just over a month.  Skody optimizes our schedule, not just by machine, but also by worker and skillset which gives us a REAL schedule that we can deploy to our team.  I really like that you can work on a plan in the background without sending that plan to the production floor until you're ready.

**What do you dislike about Skody?**

I really like Skody, however if I had to pick a con...we had to get better with our data inputs such as BOMs, time tracking, etc in order for Skody to give us the best, most accurate schedule.  It would still give us a schedule regardless, however it was most optimized if the data was accurate.

**What problems is Skody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I couldn't find any other job shop scheduling software that actually considered our employees when scheduling.  The different software would put together a machine schedule which wasn't realistic.  Skody gives us a realistic plan that is optimized in a matter of a minute but still lets us tweak it as necessary to meet our specific needs.

**What do you like best about Skody?**

The employee and OTD dashboards are a great tool

**What do you dislike about Skody?**

We use it with Proshop which makes it easy. Having part pictures would be nice.

**What problems is Skody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling, seeing OTD score daily, seeing how is clocked to a WO, scheduling around vacations and pallet pools
