**What do you like best about Skit?**

- Advanced natural language processing, which ensures human-like interaction
- Extensive integration options with major CRMs
- The platform offers great security as well

Sometimes we may experience differnces in what was promised

Able to handle the FAQs for the employees

**What do you like best about Skit?**

It did what it was supposed to do after successful deployment of a project. That's about it.

**What do you dislike about Skit?**

UI. After quite some time of partnership with them, they provided a tool access which provided "reports" on performance, but that's about it. The tool never gave you a glimpse on how the bot works in the background, which processes it follows or what setup it did for the calls. The only way we can do modification is to communicate with the Customer Success Manager which he/she will relay it with their 'developers'. It took a lot of time, meetings and back and forth emails to get a certain concern fixed. Weeks to be exact.

The CSM. Too slow in terms of deploying projects, eta usually around 3 weeks to a month for a simple topic to be setup in AI Calls.

Overall, the lack of proper visibility on the client's end prompted us to end the contract. We were not able to meet the ROI.

**What problems is Skit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was successful in deflecting calls whenever customers select any other reseller options. Partly, we tried to setup Order Status but it had issues along the way and we're not able to deploy it properly.The last months, there were 3 topics underway which we already approved in scripting, but had not materialized too.

Its ease of use, its features focused on user interface design, and its compatibility with numerous plugins make it a popular choice.

**What do you dislike about Skit?**

However, its price can be high for small businesses.

It allows me to solve various problems related to speech and communication, which helps me save time, improve accuracy, facilitate understanding, enhance security, and offer new possibilities for automation.
