What do you like best about Skit?

It did what it was supposed to do after successful deployment of a project. That's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skit?

UI. After quite some time of partnership with them, they provided a tool access which provided "reports" on performance, but that's about it. The tool never gave you a glimpse on how the bot works in the background, which processes it follows or what setup it did for the calls. The only way we can do modification is to communicate with the Customer Success Manager which he/she will relay it with their 'developers'. It took a lot of time, meetings and back and forth emails to get a certain concern fixed. Weeks to be exact.

The CSM. Too slow in terms of deploying projects, eta usually around 3 weeks to a month for a simple topic to be setup in AI Calls.

Overall, the lack of proper visibility on the client's end prompted us to end the contract. We were not able to meet the ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
