I use SkillSauce for hiring candidates for the open positions in my company. The features I like most are Assessment, Interviews, and the ATS Workbench. With Assessment, I can fetch knowledgeable candidates, and it has cheating prevention using proctoring and a detection system plus a report. For Interviews, I set up the AI Interview with its required things and candidates, and its Tessa AI takes the candidate interview and gives me a report about the interview. With the ATS, I just set things up and drop the resumes, and it analyzes the resume based on the required things and gives scores and ratings to candidates, showing me whether the candidate is suitable for the position or not.
