**What do you like best about SkillPrism?**

I can enter information into the system efficiently, and the UI is solid and easy to work with. The performance isn’t amazing, but overall it’s still acceptable. Integrations are available to a certain extent, so I’m able to connect what I need. Pricing is somewhat reasonable, but the support definitely needs improvement.

**What do you dislike about SkillPrism?**

The current performance and integration of the systems are lacking, which significantly hampers user experience and operational efficiency. Additionally, the level of support provided is insufficient to address users' needs effectively. To maintain a strong presence in the competitive market, the company must invest in enhancing their AI intelligence. They should also consider expanding their product offerings, with a focus on creating seamless end-to-end integration that meets the evolving demands of their customers.

**What problems is SkillPrism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my daily routine, I find that this product doesn't offer any significant benefits or enhancements. It fails to integrate effectively into our activities, and I struggle to see how it contributes to improving my efficiency or overall experience.
