Some features can feel a bit complex at first, and there’s a learning curve to fully take advantage of everything and be much more efficient

**What problems is Cobalt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cobalt solves inefficiencies in manual workflows and time-consuming tasks within our CRM/ATS. Its automation capabilities allow us to streamline nearly every process, saving significant time daily and enabling continuous candidate sourcing, even overnight. Additionally tasks like generating technical files which used to take around 30 minutes can now be completed in just one minute, greatly improving our productivity and overall efficiency.

**What do you like best about Cobalt?**

I like that Cobalt allows me to quickly source relevant profiles based on my search criteria. It also allows me to gather all my work tools in one single space. Its relevance and all-in-one aspect reduce my administrative and financial costs because I only pay for one solution. The initial setup was very simple, and getting started can be done independently.

**What do you dislike about Cobalt?**

There is no aspect of the product that has displeased me so far.

**What problems is Cobalt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cobalt to quickly source profiles according to my criteria and organize the stages of prospecting.
