## Sitetracker Reviews
 ### 1. Intuitive, Reliable, and Cost-Saving—Sitetracker Makes Admin Work Smooth

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edoardo T. | Junior Integration & Deployment Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

As a system administrator, what stands out most about Sitetracker is the combination of an intuitive interface and rock-solid reliability that together make day-to-day management genuinely smooth.

The UI is well-structured and logical — even complex configurations are accessible without having to dig through layers of menus. This translates directly into less time spent on onboarding new team members and fewer support requests landing on my desk.

On the integrations side, we haven't run into any meaningful limitations. The platform connects cleanly with our existing stack, which is something I always approach with caution when evaluating tools — in this case, the experience has been straightforward and problem-free.

Performance has been consistently strong. In the time we've been running Sitetracker, we haven't experienced any downtime, which for a system administrator is one of the most meaningful metrics. Reliability at this level removes a whole category of concern from the job.

From a cost perspective, switching to Sitetracker represented a significant saving compared to our previous platform. What makes this particularly notable is that the transition didn't come with any perceived drop in functionality or quality — if anything, the opposite. That kind of ROI is rare and worth calling out explicitly.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

A notable limitation relates to standard objects that are part of managed packages. In practice, this has led to some confusion — for example, having duplicate objects such as Purchase Orders or Cost Categories — and has occasionally constrained our ability to tailor the setup to our specific needs. It's not a blocker, but it does add a sort of friction in the tool.

Finally, on the support side: case management could be more proactive. We had an instance where a ticket remained stalled without meaningful progress until our Customer Success Manager stepped in to push things forward. I understand that support prioritization is complex, but a more structured follow-up process would go a long way in ensuring issues don't fall through the cracks.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sitetracker has brought meaningful improvements across several areas of our operations. The most visible impact has been on project management: our colleagues now have a structured, reliable tool to handle end-to-end project workflows, which is a significant step forward for a company in our industry.

The migration also had a positive indirect effect on the areas I've been most directly involved with — specifically Procurement and Cost Controlling. Having a more solid and coherent platform as a foundation has allowed us to streamline these processes in ways that weren't easily achievable before.

Beyond the functional benefits, Sitetracker's existing architecture has also helped us better understand how to structure and design custom processes within the platform. In a way, the platform itself has been a reference point for thinking more clearly about our own workflows and how to model them effectively.

 ### 2. From Salesforce to SiteTracker: a step forward for complex operations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giuseppe P. | Integration & Deployment Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

SiteTracker fits our business natively — sites, projects, field assets, and work orders are first-class concepts in the platform, so we don't need to force our processes into a generic CRM model. The out-of-the-box features are powerful, and with the right configuration they already embed a significant amount of automation: Trackers, status-driven logic, and workflow rules handle a large share of operational orchestration without custom code. For a team managing complex, multi-country infrastructure rollouts, this means doing more with fewer resources.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

What do you dislike about SiteTracker?

The platform's flexibility comes with real complexity — the configuration logic behind Trackers and the permission set architecture requires a dedicated, full-time admin to manage effectively. The UI still has room to grow: some workflows feel unintuitive and the underlying power of the platform doesn't always surface clearly for end users. Warehouse management needs further development to cover our operational requirements, and the latest preventive maintenance release has introduced issues that are actively slowing down our operations. These are areas we hope the product team prioritises.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SiteTracker is solving our core challenge of managing complex infrastructure projects at scale without relying on fragmented tools. The project management capabilities are strong, and the Tracker functionality has been particularly effective at driving user adoption — its spreadsheet-like interface makes the transition away from Excel feel natural, which is a real win when rolling out a new platform to operational teams. Beyond adoption, SiteTracker is also helping us rethink how we work: when the platform has a native way of doing something, it pushes us to question our existing processes and consider whether there is a better approach. That mindset shift — letting the platform guide process design rather than forcing the platform to replicate legacy habits — has been one of the less obvious but most valuable benefits of the switch.

 ### 3. Sitetracker Brings Real-Time Visibility Across Projects, Finance, and Field Ops

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheridan G. | Manager, Software Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

Before implementing Sitetracker, we were dealing with fragmented systems across project management, financial tracking, and field operations. This made it difficult to maintain real-time visibility into project status, accurately track work-in-progress (WIP), and ensure alignment between billing, revenue recognition, and actual field progress. Manual processes and disconnected tools often led to delays, inconsistencies in data, and challenges in forecasting.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

The biggest downside is complexity. Sitetracker is highly configurable, which is great in theory, but in practice it can become difficult to manage. Small changes often require admin involvement, and it’s easy for processes to become over-engineered. That can slow teams down instead of speeding them up.

Another pain point is user experience. The interface isn’t always intuitive, particularly for new users or field teams who just need to complete tasks quickly. Navigation can feel clunky, and common actions sometimes take more clicks than they should.

On the financial side, while Sitetracker supports billing, WIP, and revenue tracking, it often requires significant customization and tight integration with systems like D365 to fully meet enterprise needs. Out-of-the-box functionality doesn’t always align cleanly with more advanced accounting workflows, which adds implementation overhead.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today, Sitetracker serves as our system of record for end-to-end project lifecycle management. We use it to manage project creation, track milestones, monitor field progress, and integrate financial workflows like billing and revenue recognition. It allows our teams to coordinate across departments—from operations to finance—while maintaining a single source of truth. Key workflows include WIP tracking, milestone-based billing, resource coordination, and real-time reporting for project health and financial performance.

 ### 4. Powerful automation, applicable to a diverse range of industries, highly customizable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron E. | Salesforce / Sitetracker Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

Sitetracker integrates smoothly with Salesforce and brings deep insight across a broad range of industries

With templatized, repeatable workflows for everything from wireless carriers, fiber internet providers, Architecture and Engineering firms, EV Charging, Power Grid, and Solar, to name a few.
The connection between project workflows, budgets, programs, price books, activity owners, and automation saves a ton of employee and admin time. The user interface is self-explanatory and easy to train employees on, and data updates happen pretty much immediately, so data processing is never an issue especially with the ability to bulk load data and integrate between systems. They’re also starting to roll out some agentic AI features, which is nice to see. Pricing has gone up a bit recently, so it’s good to see the feature set being upgraded as well.

Implementation support is good on the Sitetracker side as long as your requirements are very tightly defined, aligned to internal KPIs / OKRs, and the measure of success of the implementation is defined ahead of time but this is no different than any software implementation. As long as you have a solid subject matter expert, buy in from a motivated leadership group, and buy in from all relevant department heads / subject matter experts you will have a fairly easy go of the implementation.

I highly recommend, definitely give them a call if you are looking for a better solution.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

Support can be slow to respond at times, which they are working on. As an admin and the interface between Sitetracker and internal / external stakeholders this can be frustrating but again they are working on improving this metric.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sitetracker is helping to align work between internal departments and external users. One case is field audits, the mobile app has accelerated that workflow. The app has eliminated the dwell time between field audit and project teams being able to review data, request A&E, and deliver to client.

 ### 5. Highly Customizable, Flexible Workflows with Outstanding Sitetracker Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan B. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

Sitetracker is highly customizable and flexible. We were able to configure the system to align with our business processes, instead of having to change our workflows to fit the tool. After the initial setup, it has required minimal ongoing maintenance. The workflow flexibility has been excellent, and Sitetracker’s support team has been outstanding—both in resolving issues and in implementing enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

Most of the limitations come down to Salesforce platform constraints—or, in some cases, to the limits of imagination in designing new solutions.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed better visibility into FTTH construction projects across multiple regions and stakeholders. That included tracking permit status and vendor production, as well as having a centralized place to store and access permits, design documents, and construction photos.

 ### 6. Flexible customization provides good support for pipeline management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

As a relatively young company in the infrastructure space we realized that tracking builds and candidates was just not going to stay on Excel or Google Sheets. We needed something more robust to handle the opportunities that were coming our way.
As we began using it, it was challenging for the team and myself as an admin because you really have to think 'large' about where your business is going to go and what you need to get it there. Thinking about what fields you need in all the different stages of a build project. Sitetracker gave us that complexity to look deeper into each step and create reports, trackers, and project templates to handle that. Over time the team got more used to ST and can now do many things on their own.
Reporting progress to our investors and backers is easier now by running real time reports. Dashboards allow users and senior management to view key metrics on acquisition or site build statuses. Since this has helped us, now as the business grows we have created fibre related build pieces into ST and tracking all those projects.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

That complexity does mean a lot of configuration and testing to see what works and what needs to be changed. Permission sets and other view settings is not straightforward and requires some research and looking at other use cases. The support team is helpful but inconsistent with response. Often looking to move requests to get their help teams to do the work for you, meaning additional costs. It is worth it to give your sys admins time to learn as much as they can on their own. But still the support team has come through for me every time when I needed them.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing many projects at once. We have a lot of tower and fibre projects in our pipeline and some will make it to the end and some will not. Keeping track of all aspects of the build and permitting process has been particularly helpful.

 ### 7. Good Customization and Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

The amount of customizations they are able to implement and the support availability is good. The UI and over speed can leave a lot to be desired, there are a lot of clicks to get to some things since there is a lot of nesting. However, they do take feedback seriously and work to address that in updates. We use it to house a variety of information, so it would be good to see more integrations, especially as AI continues to grow.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

It can be very clunky, slow, and the overall UI is sometimes hard to work with. I think a lot of this has less to do with Sitetracker, and more to do with the limitations that Salesforce has. Generally, I think that Sitetracker listens to their customers and make the best with what they have.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sitetracker works directly with our organization to create custom solutions that meet our direct needs.

 ### 8. Unbeatable Flexibility for Managing Hundreds of Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John J. | Vice President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

Sitetrackers flexibility in handling hundreds of projects and programs—each with different milestones and processes—makes it unbeatable.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

My only complaint is on the lack of customization of their mobile application. Although they have made great improvements in there mobile app over the past year and it is improving rapidly.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to look at a 300 project program at the highest level while still being able to drill down into project specifics. This has provided us valuable insight while also improving the quality of our data AND reducing the amount of time needed to manage the data.

 ### 9. Shared Metrics and Clear Dashboards That Boost Project Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garrett O. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

I love that SiteTracker lets us maintain shared metrics across our company, which helps reduce redundant data entry. The reports and dashboards provide complete visibility into our projects and cut down on the busywork that comes with tracking them. Sitetracker has helped us reduce inefficencies and increase our margins.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

The one downside that we have seen with Sitetracker is the cost of adding capabilities for simple formulas in our dashboards/reports sometimes seems excessive.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SiteTracker is helping us identify areas where we can improve all of our processes, as well as spot discrepancies in our financial reporting.

 ### 10. Well-Designed Platform for Project and Asset management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giovanni Gonnelli G. | Head of Asset Operations & Maintenance - Global, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

This project management package is really well designed. The site origination feature is also effective and integrates smoothly with the rest of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

API names aren’t very easy to manage because they tend to be long. Also, the preventive maintenance package doesn’t seem to be completely ready yet.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides clear visibility into the project schedule and budget. It also gives our field operators a solid tool for managing their on-site activities.

 ### 11. Streamlined Project Management with Flexible Workflow Configuration along with Great Reporting Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle T. | Leasing Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

Project management is streamlined, and virtually any workflow configuration can be implemented, either in-house or with SiteTracker’s support.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

There have been minimal issues so far, limited mostly to constraints associated with Salesforce objects and platform limits.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It significantly improves our project workflows compared to our old system, centralizes data from other tools, and enables flexible reporting through reports or a unified dashboard.

 ### 12. Great for Organizing Projects and Forecasting Dates, Less Ideal for Small Quick Tasks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison C. | Telecom Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

It organizes all of my projects and helps forecast dates for completion. Good for call with my team.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

I have many sites/projects that don't take much time to complete. So tracking their progress isn't my problem. It would be easier if I had 1 site/project with multiple steps to complete.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track forecasted vs completed dates on a dashboard.

 ### 13. Customizable Workflows with Dedicated Engineers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

I really like that I can work with dedicated engineers to customize the system and build logic that supports my workflows.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

Sitetracker can become cumbersome to manage without a dedicated Engineer if you introduce too much custom logic and/or connected Objects. I also wish Sitetracker would build their own reporting functions as they current rely on Salesforce's reporting function which has constraints.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sitetracker allowed us to streamline multiple input sources and consolidate into one workflow for output.

 ### 14. It really depends on Who your CS is

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandy S. | Sitetracker Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

I do like the ability to customize, I would like to start our org over though

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

When they deploy "fixes" and say that they have tested them but it does not seem to be the case .. also it would be nice to get a heads up from ST team vs our users letting us admins know
Also please give us the ability to rename tracker fields it is helpful with a big complex ORG to reuse fields on project templates, not being able to REALLY confuses the users, Admins get it , users do not!!

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would know better in 2-5 years sorry!

 ### 15. Highly likely to recommend, it is a powerful tool and worth the investment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

It's an intuitive tool, and since it is based on Salesforce, has very powerful data analytics tools and is super customisable. Training and certification courses are available which is helpful, and there are a lot of system admin tools available as point and click which makes customisation accessible without coding knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

Self-service support is a little lacking - although it is based on Salesforce and a lot of the common errors can be solved using Salesforce-developed support resources, I have found it difficult to differentiate between a SiteTracker-specific problem vs. a general Salesforce problem. The community page is great to sift through user-submitted questions, however not every feature/standard object has content available to review. A more comprehensive resource library to allow for more self-service support would make this platform that much more compelling to me.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SiteTracker is enabling us to manage large-scale projects and is an important part of our business as we grow and move through the maturation stages. The system encourages better data integrity, gives us real-time insights into our projects and is cutting down on the number of spreadsheets we rely on to deliver projects.

 ### 16. Great Improvements so far!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

The listen to customers. When I started using Sitetracker, many things were missing from support and features. They have greatly improved support as well as the product!

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

The upgrade process. It takes months to get basic fixes if an upgrade is required to address them. I.e, Issues with trackers are mainly addressed with future upgrades.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating Trackers with new functionalities.
Updating Template designer to be more useful.
Updating Forms and Document generations to be easier to setup and use.

 ### 17. Excellent tool for managing projects. I have not found anything that compares to it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiran R. | SEO SPecialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

It's easy to use and highly adaptable because it's built on the Salesforce platform, where you'll find robust data analytics tools. The availability of training and certification programmes is useful, and the widespread availability of user-friendly, point-and-click system administration tools makes adaptation possible even for those without extensive experience with programming.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

However, I have found it difficult to distinguish between a SiteTracker-specific problem and a general Salesforce problem when using the self-service support. This is despite the fact that SiteTracker is based on Salesforce and many common errors can be solved using Salesforce-developed support resources.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It facilitates effective real-time cooperation on complex tasks and yields reliable results. Provides a clear view of how our business partners operate.

 ### 18. They never tell me "no"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly M. | Vice President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Sitetracker?**

They are incredibly flexible to customize whatever we need. They are very customer focused.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

Our customizations are through a dedicated resource, which is expensive. However, after dealing with other system experts and contracted employees, we find value in a resource tied directly to Sitetracker.

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We put everything possible in Sitetracker, from managing high-volume projects to vendor onboarding, budgeting, scheduling field resources, time and expense entry, etc. We want everything possible in a database that is connected. We use trackers far beyond project management.

 ### 19. Easy to use project management tool

organization and planning

Sitetracker helps me to manage my site without many issues also Effectively I like the user interface, which is very easy to understand and it makes my work easier.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

I don't know if there is something to dislike about Sitetracker

**What problems is Sitetracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One essential benefit I derive from using this platform is that it helps me quickly know where to improve and where not to improve on my site, and since I have been using it, my site has been in good condition.

 ### 21. Fantastic Project Management system. Have not seen it's equal in the market.

Has transformed our data management and provides instant insight at a high / low level of a project / program.

It has very powerful features and resources to monitor projects, detail and record their progress, which means an important contribution to an organized management and planning of the company's internal activities and projects, its main work panel is very specific and technical which allows quick access to the management and editing controls of templates to start the journey of a recent project, it is possible to extract data and information to create the necessary incident reports and also observe with graphs and statistics some timely information.

**What do you dislike about Sitetracker?**

Its functional aspect is very prominent and very well crafted, its limitation is in the visual performance and its graphic characteristics to offer a creative and dynamic experience that allows the user to have a fluid control of the options available in the work interface, their Centralized space is very useful, but displaying information and resources in different windows can be somewhat more complicated than expected.
