"SimPRO - 6 years in."

What do you like best about Simpro?

SimPRO has been a great tool for me over the last 6 years and across two separate businesses. I like the simplicity of it... maybe that's why they named it SimPRO? It's intuitive and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about Simpro?

There are a few things I think SimPRO could do better, one is an autosave feature of some kind. Another handy tool that seems to be missing is the ability to copy or move jobs from one SimPRO entity to another (different states for example).

What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business runs on SimPRO. We quote jobs with it, we manage stock and inventory with it, we automate catalogue imports to stay up-to-date, we keep track of technicians and job progress. It's a versatile platform with many benefits.

"Versatile and Great System"

What do you like best about Simpro?

The support is great and much needed at times.

What do you dislike about Simpro?

Simpro is a very large and versatile system which requires all of time to set up but once set up its awesome.

We are yet to find a better management tool, Simpro is great and has been a massive plus to us.

What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't double handle information anymore, Cradle to the grave system, from lead to invoice

That jobs always get billed and never missed

Sometimes the guys work doesn't sync properly and they have lost notes made on site.

Simpro regularly has updates and also listens to what users believe would be a great addition and the fact we can all vote on these

Not being able to move attachments between jobs/quotes etc

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Simpro?

It's user friendly both on desktop and on mobile devices

What do you dislike about Simpro?

Sometimes there are glitches and mobile devices will not receive schedules etc.

What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Timekeeping. Would love to see it show profit and loss amounts better but this maybe because we don't have the full version
