I started a new job; they introduced me to SimPRO, its simplicity and a well rounded product.

There isn't an autosave or recovery point that you can get back to if you accidentally close a window, power loss, or overwrote a data entry.

Pumping out tenders is easy with reusing templates, cost centres, etc. Also, the scheduling is fantastic with the field guys having access on their mobile phones.

Ease of accessability. Great for new staff to pick up very easily. easy for the boss to use which is most important.

That simPRO is so up and coming. They are constantly looking at ways to improve the software and listen to their customer's needs when doing so.

Reports... as robust as this software is, the reporting sucks

Utilize as much of the program that you can so that you get your money's worth.

SimPro supports the management of both short service-related jobs (1-2 hours up to 3-4 days), as well as complex long-term projects.

There are many basic features lacking in SimPro, which are commonplace in cheaper job management solutions. This, coupled with very poor reporting, are my biggest challenges.

I would suggest a thorough evaluation of all solutions on the market. Be VERY clear what you want to get out of the training and support provided by SimPro.
