Job management is really easy with simpro

I like the fact the simPRO system can be changed to adapt to our business processes.

Also, even employees who are not tech-savvy find simPRO easy to use, and any difficulties we encounter are efficiently dealt with by the help pages or the helpdesk, who respond very quickly and solve any issue we have.

I have yet to find a dislike in the process. It has been very good up to this point.

Easy to use, and you can get all the info you want in one place

somethings can be hard to use when having available things on the one place instead of jumping back and forth. maybe a go back button

the integration with xero and ease of use

not a fan of the new interface set up, i prefer the way it was. I find the tool bar on the side can be annoying as you can accidentally click on the tool bar while busy in a job which is very annoying.

Loads of features to make it work your way. Different businesses have different ways of working but SimPRO allows you to do the same thing in different ways too, so there is nearly always a solution to make your business fit the software.

It can take a long time to learn how to use it. The system is quite comprehensive so it can take time to understand how you need to set it up so it is right for your business. You need to spend the time in the early stages so that it works best for you.

The systems allows us to manage an ever increasing workload, with visibility on the stages of every job, but also the financials of those jobs. Our business couldn't have handled the growth it has had over the past 12 months without using SimPRO.

Beginning to end traceability of jobs & invoicing

Transfer of invoices to our accounts package xero do not have a description and sometimes posts to the wrong nominal code.

Audit timeline makes everything much quicker to deal with customer queries, invoicing issues.

I like maintenance planner, all the information has been input and now I don't have to search for when services are due. Also the training is very good

There is a lot of inputting information on initial set up, however the majority can be done by CSV file import.

In maintenance planner all of the upcoming services dates are automatically generated, so once the the first date has been put in and frequency, Simpro does the date sorting.

simPRO enables all project information to be in one place and easily accessible by the entire team.

The efficiency it has brought to our process is outstanding and has eliminated the requirement for further recruitment.

The scheduling is a little clunky

It would be great if there were a way to apply travel / fuel costs to projects and operatives

Absolutely go for it you will not be disappointed

It's not easy to make the change however, once you have completed your build and start to use simPRO, you very quickly begin to think how you ever got by without it!

We are now able to analyze cost control and understand where mistakes may have occurred at the point of costing / quoting

The accessibility to project information is fantastic, and as long as you have an internet connection, you can work from anywhere.

I like that it can manage all aspects of the business effortlessly.
