**What do you like best about Simplicant?**

If you are a recruiter and into mass hiring, then Simplicant is the best software you need for opening multiple positions. Right from the time you advertise a job to the completion of hiring, the whole process is smooth and the recruitment cycle is fairly simple.

**What do you dislike about Simplicant?**

Nothing major to point out here, however, I would suggest better filtering of candidates, slightly reduced pricing, and better scheduling. Sometimes Simplicant is not able to describe syntactic roles so it may be looked into.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplicant:**

If you are willing to improve on to your current staffing solutions, immediately get hold of Simplicant.

Through Simplicant, I can directly post jobs at Indeed, Linkedin and other similar websites and that too in detail. The number of resumes we received has increased manifolds as this software took the lead on many job boards and social media.

**What do you like best about Simplicant?**

I have used many recruitment tools over the last few years but simplicant is one of the best ones. Ease of use and user-friendly system with integration to our own career portal are one of the best things about simplicant. From posting a job to tracking the whole recruitment cycle, Simplicant covers it all.

**What do you dislike about Simplicant?**

- Nothing yet, it's all going very well.

**What problems is Simplicant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End to end recruitment including job posting on multiple mediums. 
Simplicant even helps us tracking our resigned employees.

**What do you like best about Simplicant?**

Its a veteran product, built and polished over years of experience. I have extensively used the product for years and I hire 50+ people every year. Simplicant has been instrumental for us to keep track of thousands of applications, their interviews, application status, communication etc. Must have for a growing company.

Not much. However, addition of new features faster will be nice

**What do you like best about Simplicant?**

It is very handy, user friendly .Provides the best screening process.Very responsive customer service.Minimum use of manual entries and automates the recruitment process.

Nothing particular. Interface can be improved . Up til now it has been providing solutions to all the needs

It directly collects CV's from our website career portal so very time saving and avoids the mess of collecting pool from different places

Get's the job done. Easy to use. Customizable.

As a manager, I don't feel there is an issue. Pretty satisfied with what they have to offer.

Popups appearing before interviewer need to be made more user friendly.

- Helps track of applicants and their applications.
- Identifies duplicate CVs.
- Has profile auto scoring feature, which shortlists candidates for me.
- Has a good UX.

**What do you like best about Simplicant?**

Simplicant has a simple and clutter free UI that helped with user adoption in our company. The platform is robust enough to meet all our needs. One key requirement for us was having a great jobs landing page that was fully customized. Simplicant provided us with fully functional careers site APIs and we were able to build a fantastic careers page that enhanced our incoming application rate and allowed us to showcase our company branding.

It also helped me collaborate with all department managers throughout the hiring process. It is a great collaboration tool for our hiring team to be able to review and discuss applicants together. Overall, very happy with the functionality and service received till now.


**What do you dislike about Simplicant?**

Nothing in particular. Since we were new, some features required training and their team was flexible enough to schedule online sessions for us

**Recommendations to others considering Simplicant:**

Have a conversation with their product specialists, they are super friendly and were transparent during the initial discovery phase which helped with our decision to go with Simplicant.

**What problems is Simplicant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a growing global IT firm, there are a few challenges that we faced.
- attracting more candidates to our careers page
- timely communication with candidate
- coordinating with geographically dispersed hiring managers
- automation to keep the parts moving in the hiring funnel

Our incoming application rate increased and we were more responsive towards candidate inquiries. Simplicant has made it much easier to manage multiple hiring pipelines and we are in a much much better place.,

**What do you like best about Simplicant?**

Ease of use, intuitive navigation, easy to train new hires on.
Nice default reports, easy to customize to get exactly what you're looking for.
It really made the whole procedure a lot easier, it covers from the source to till hiring day.

**What do you dislike about Simplicant?**

I haven't experienced any thing bad about it so far.

Saves an incredible amount of time, great visibility into the recruiting and hiring process, allowed us to identify bottlenecks in our hiring processes via their reports.

Simplicant is user friendly, easy to use recruitment software providing the best services. It helps us bringing quality applicants for our hiring process. Simplicant provides a complete end-to-end solution to cover all aspects of the hiring process. There customer support is very helpful always ready to resolve our issues.

There is nothing to dislike about Simplicant. They are providing excellent end to end services.

Before using Simplicant we need to put extra effort in finalizing suitable candidates. Now we dont have to put any extra effort it saves our cost and time.

Very responsive and user friendly. No need for detailed training and manuals. Very simple and to the point. 

**What do you dislike about Simplicant?**

Needs a few more filters and optimal search to get what a person is really looking towards.  Interface can be improved as well.

A perfect ATS application for recruiters. It minimizes the hassle of filtering out Resumes of applicants manually and find actually what you are looking for.

I like best that Simplicant is easy-to-use, has responsive customer service and does exactly what it's supposed to do, bringing us quality applicants.

**What do you dislike about Simplicant?**

Sometimes we get too many applicants who aren't qualified for the role we're looking to fill. Better filtering and more options to streamline this would be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplicant:**

Like I said earlier, its very easy-to-use, does what its supposed to, and provides lots of applicants based on your requirements.

I am currently in charge of hiring some Business Development Reps for our team. I am needing to hire 3, and I've already found 1 qualified applicant via Simplicant.

**What do you like best about Simplicant?**

Simplicant is easy to get started with and helps engage all members of hiring teams involved in the recruiting process. It has remarkably improved our visibility into the hiring pipeline and helps us keep focused on the most important hiring tasks.

**What do you dislike about Simplicant?**

Nothing really in particular. Simplicant Support is excellent and we are able to get prompt answers to all our queries, including any special requests.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplicant:**

Things have turned out extremely well for us with Simplicant. Recruiting has become a lot easier since we got on board with Simplicant.If you are shopping around for an applicant tracking system or recruitment platform, you will be amazed with the value and depth of functionality provided by Simplicant. Decision makers often make the mistake of looking at old HRIS systems that often become a costly proposition because of their useless recruiting capabilities.

Before using Simplicant, candidate communication had been a challenge for us. Simplicant’s automated messaging capability has helped us turn our candidate communication into a big advantage with automated email messaging.

**What do you like best about Simplicant?**

The system is simple to navigate. Our hiring managers love it and it has been easy to have it adopted into our current workflow where candidate screening needs to be quick.  We like scheduling interviews in Simplicant and sending out virtual interview packets to interviewers so that they have everything they need such as resume, cover letter and interview evaluation forms.

**What do you dislike about Simplicant?**

Not much to dislike. We do have questions and support issues occasionally, however, their support is excellent and we are able to get the help we need fast.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplicant:**

The depth of functionality offered by Simplicant creates a huge difference in making life easier for the entire organization in terms of recruiting. Instead of looking for just any ATS, I recommend Simplicant as you won't have to waste time trying out something that wouldn't really bring the benefits you are looking for. Just get Simplicant.

**What problems is Simplicant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendar scheduling and making sure hiring managers are fully involved and have complete information about the candidates prior to the interview was a big challenge. Simplicant has helped iron out the kinks by streamlining this process and making the HR more productive by letting us accomplish more.

The best thing is the user-friendly interface and the general ease with which a user can navigate the Simplicant platform. The hiring workflows are customizable and easy to work with. The system allows us to accurately track each candidates' progress through the pipeline.

It is a robust system and new capabilities are introduced often. They are very responsive to suggestions and feedback from customers.

I would highly recommend Simplicant for any start-up to mid-market organization looking to streamline and organize their candidate processes. They have an awesome support team that is very responsive to our suggestions and continues to provide us with guidance & training material regarding new product features and releases.

Simplicant probably has the most intuitive user interface making it really easy for our hiring teams to use it for collaborating on recruitment tasks. The screening tools available in Simplicant have helped us cut our candidate selection time and improve our time-to-hire. The process is very data-driven which helps us make better decisions faster.

It is important for us to fast-process large numbers of job applications we receive. We also want a structured and objective interview process. Employee referrals play an important role in our talent acquisition prices and Simplicant provides a fully integrated employee referral module that is east to use. Simplicant provides us with an effective way to manage and track candidates. Hiring teams are able to collaborate easily with Simplicant. Simplicant's evaluation scorecards help us create custom forms for calibrating interviews.
